IT'S A KEEPER!
I absolutely love this little vacuum. It has some weight to it and all the parts feel substantial, not cheap. Great suction! Easy to handle. Perfect for my tiny house and my cleaning needs. Highly recommend if you're looking for a well-made, small, easy to use vacuum. Great deal for the $$$. It was less than $100!

Best Vacuum I ever had (I had quite a few)
I recently got a Shark stickvacuum (the more expensive kind )and had problems with my wrist. Because it's so heavy, and problems with my ears because of the high pitched sound of it's motor, as well as the suction, which isn't all that great. All these problems have been resolved with this Eureka canister vac. What an excellent vacuum cleaner. The handle is light weight, it's a breeze to vacuum and I can finish all rooms, no fatigue. The motor is strong and not that noisy, it makes no high pitched and is pleasant to the ears. But most important is the suction power and the super easy cleaning of this vac. Phantastic! I'm over the moon. And between all the Bissells (which are good!), Sharks Hoovers and such. This one and Siemens are the best.

Great suction
Suction is terrific; lightweight and easy to use. I like it except for a few things. The "crevice" tool is too big for crevices - it's round and the bristles are not soft so can easily scratch services. Also, the suction actually sucked in some of the bristles on our vacuum the second time we used it! They are also hard to clean! The other bummer is no tool attachments. I thought I would be able to use the varied tools from our bagless canister that broke (after 20 yrs!!), but they don't - there is no adapter - still trying figure that out. So just be sure that you don't need to use other tools with it. Cleans our bare wood, tile, and throw rugs thoroughly. It works very well and the price was right at the time.

A fine vacuum. Happy with my purchase.
Performed as expected and I liked the overall value. A fine vacuum after the canister of another brand’s similar model just fell out of my hands and shattered. Having had the other, I can see this one has more convenience and features while also being lighter.

Powerful, lightweight, inexpensive.
I have to agree with everyone else, it is the best vacuum I have ever had. If fact, after having it for a week my husband ordered another one for downstairs. I am older and find that my upright always made my hips hurt after using it for a while. I actually asked AI to recommend a new vacuum for me. I wanted good suction, lightweight, easy to use, versatile and not wildly expensive. It recommended this Eurika. I am over 70 and probably had dozens of vacuums over the years, including a whole house system. OMG this little thing is awesome. Powerful ,even more so than my big upright, extremely well designed. I feel it is the first vacuum designed by a housewife. The tools are part of the wand so will never get lost, the cord automatically retracts and never gets in your way. The power switch can be turned on with your foot so no bending down. Like I said, so nice I ordered another.

Badly designed vacuums - not worth the money or the hassle.
UPDATE (after contacting Eureka): After several weeks of communication, Eureka finally provided an official answer - and it confirms every concern I had from the beginning. Here is what their product team stated: • The HEPA filter is NOT WASHABLE. • It must be REPLECED EVERY 3 MONTHS. • NO REPLACEMENT FILTERS EXIST ANYWHERE for this model. • Filters from the previous blue model (NEN110A) ARE NOT COMPATIBLE and should not be used. • The promotional video showing the filter being washed was INCORRECT. In other words: this vacuum requires consumables that do not exist! You cannot maintain it according to the instructions, because the required filters are simply unavailable. On top of that, the information from Eureka is completely inconsistent - the unit label says “replace every 3 months”, the Amazon support response claimed the filter was washable, and the promotional material shows washing it under water... Only after escalation did the product team confirm that the filter is non‑washable and non‑replaceable in practice, because replacements are not sold anywhere. It is honestly hard to understand how a company like Eureka could release a vacuum cleaner that cannot be serviced from day one. This is a huge step backward from the previous cheaper (messy and weaker) blue model, which had washable filters and made more sense. Because of all this, I have no choice but to return both Eureka vacuums I purchased. After testing them and going through the support process, it’s clear to me that these models are poorly designed and not built for long‑term use. A vacuum that depends on a non‑washable, non‑replaceable HEPA filter is simply not a sustainable product. The inconsistencies between the product labeling, the promotional materials, and the actual maintenance requirements only reinforce that conclusion. At this point, I’ve had enough experience with Eureka’s products - and with how they approach product design - to say that I cannot recommend this brand. These units are not worth the time, the effort, or the money, and customers deserve far better transparency and engineering than what these models offer. -------------------------------------------------- I purchased both the white NEN121WH and the blue NEN110A to compare them side by side. The vacuums themselves work well, but there is a major issue with filter information that Eureka has not clarified. 1. The NEN121WH filter is shown as washable, but the unit still says “replace every 3 months” Eureka’s promotional video clearly shows the user rinsing the HEPA filter under the tap, so the filter is washable. However, the vacuum itself has a sticker that says: “clean monthly, replace every 3 months.” This suggests that even though the filter can be rinsed, it is not designed for long-term durability and is expected to be replaced periodically. The problem is: • Eureka Customer Support on Amazon told me: “Yes, you will need to replace the HEPA filter.” • Eureka Customer Care (via email) told me the opposite - that the filters are washable and do not need replacement. • Replacement filters for the NEN121WH are not sold anywhere (not on Eureka’s website, not on Amazon). So customers are told to replace a filter that cannot be purchased. 2. Filters from the NEN110A physically fit the NEN121WH but there is no official confirmation Out of curiosity, I swapped the filters between the two models. They fit perfectly - same size, same shape, same housing. However, Eureka does not confirm whether: • the foam filter from the NEN110A is safe to use in the NEN121WH, • the HEPA filter from the NEN121WH is meant to be washed long-term, • or whether the models are officially cross‑compatible. This adds even more uncertainty for customers trying to maintain the vacuum properly. 3. Performance comparison NEN121WH (white): • stronger suction • quieter • cleaner and easier emptying • better dust separation – heavier and less maneuverable – larger floor head – unclear filter lifespan and no replacement filters available NEN110A (blue): • lighter and more maneuverable • smaller head fits better under furniture • fully washable foam filters – weaker suction – louder – very messy emptying and filter gets dirty very quickly 4. Bottom line Both vacuums work well, but the lack of clear, consistent information about the NEN121WH filter’s lifespan is a serious issue. The filter is shown as washable, yet the unit instructs replacement every 3 months – and replacement filters are not available anywhere. Until Eureka provides: • an official explanation of how long the filter is meant to last, • confirmation of cross‑compatibility, • and actual replacement filters for sale, …it’s difficult to recommend the NEN121WH despite its strong performance.

Funciona bien en una casa pequeña, se calienta un poco pero supongo que es normal(no se protege), ideal para los pelos de perro, los absorve bastante bien, incluso los que estan en la sala y cojines.

My small Eureka canister vacuum arrived today and of course I had to put it together and try it out immediately. I am so impressed with the way that this little Eureka is built. The first thing I noticed is the fully adjustable metal wand as compared to the plastic ones that you get with most small vacuums. It's fully height adjustable with many many adjustments available. The floor cleaner can go from hard floors to carpets with no problem whatsoever just a click. It is amazingly easy to dump and the filter comes out very easily and cleans up very well. I used to own another brand that was this size and this one is miles above that one as far as noise, the way that it's made and the materials that it's made with and the ease of cleaning after using. I am a 73-year-old senior lady and I have just a small senior apartment approximately 500 ft. This vacuum will do absolutely everything I need it to do. I did spend some time looking for the dust brush LOL and then notice that it is actually part of the nozzle. Now that I have located that and found how easy that is to use I think it's an amazing idea to have it a permanent part of the machine so you don't have to go looking for it when you need it. All in all, this lady is very happy with her purchase. The only thing I would tell people to look for is that one of these little vacuums has an extra filter and the other one does not however they are both the same vacuum and they are the same price even though one of them has that free filter. Of course I chose the one without the free filter which is another case of just having a senior moment. Just make sure you check. I did order an extra filter for it but of course I had to pay extra. Anyway this is a really good little vacuum and I would highly recommend it to someone with a small place.

Didn’t get a chance to test it.The vacuum cleaner came with type A plug for USA/Canada/Japan even though it was ordered in Spain from Spanish Amazon. Returning.

When this went on sale for just under $100, I was skeptical but decided to give it a go. I just gave her ago about 10 minutes ago and I'm already blown away. You can see and feel the quality right out of the box and it outperforms my 10-year-old upright by a LONG SHOT. I'm not big on writing reviews but, I've also never been this excited about a vacuum cleaner before so, I guess there's a first time for everything! The quality and performance in this little thing is an absolute STEAL at $100. I've seen more expensive vacuums do much less in terms of suction, versatility etc. for a heck of a lot more money. Pros: - Retractable cord -The plastic has weight to it and feels solid and sturdy - There's an adjustable aluminum wand that's a nice touch as most I've seen are all plastic - Suction is top teir (almost too much for what I needed) We have older parquet flooring in our apartment and I didn't even realize some of the pieces were loose until I almost sucked one up! - Being able to swap between tasks ie: Bare floor, small area rug, couch etc with a tap of the foot and flick on the handle is nice too Cons: Honestly, the only thing I don't love is that it's not very pretty but, but that's just a personal preference and has literally nothing to do with its functionality and effectiveness.
