Less is more! I have always been skeptical of melatonin but stilk tried various ones. For the last year or so, I was taking a store brand 5mg chewable but it didn't seem to go much. I came across these from Bluebonnet which had great reviews but I figured that at only 1mg, they wouldn't do much. I recently had a really bad sleep phase, where for a month, I struggled to fall asleep, woke up a few times during the night and woke up earlier than my alarm but unable to fly back asleep. Since taking the Bluebonnet melatonin, I haven't had a single poor night of sleep! I will say that my sweet spot is three of them for a total of 3mg. 1mg does help me but for me personally, 3mg helps me fall asleep quickly and sleep soundly through the night. And 1mg of these works considerably better than the 5mg ones I previously used. These are priced low, so I don't mind using more of them and they taste really good! I have found that the key for me is taking these about 20 mins before I get in the bed and cutting out any additional screentime. It's rare it takes me more than 10 minutes to doze off. Prior to these, it would take up to two hours of being miserable from not falling asleep. Highly recommend these! You do NOT need a high dose of melatonin, as it's all about the quality over quantity.

Works well. I don’t want to take sleepy drugs too often. This seems to mellow me out and make me sleepy for bed. Hard to describe, but the nights just seem longer, like I have more time to sleep. Don’t feel drugged and groggy in the morning. Taste good too.

Best melatonin I tried

These chews are very small, taste amazing, and gives me just enough melatonin to help me fall asleep when I’m wide awake and stirring. It calms my thoughts and in about 20 minutes I’m drifting off to sleep. For those especially hard nights I take two and that has always done the trick. Usually lasts about 4 hours so one is enough for the night. It helps me sleep and stay asleep or get back to sleep in the middle of the night with no grogginess. Highly recommend.
