I have given these baking sheets 5 stars because even though they are not professional grade weight, each comes with its own appropriately sized cooling rack. That alone, for me, makes them well worth the price. Do be aware, however, that if you are looking for a pro half-sheet size, the largest of these three measures 16" X 12", not 18" X 13". The middle sheet measures 12.5" X 9.5". The small sheet measures 9" X 7". All measure 1" deep. These are very good dimensions for home cooking purposes, and for those who struggle with small ovens, the smaller sizes are actually a big advantage. They will fit in a mobile home/RV oven. They also serve those who live in homes and apts with inadequate or small cupboard space.I line my pans with parchment paper when I bake rather than greasing them, so my sheet pans tend to not get baked on grease. I do this even if I'm making crisp brussel sprouts or potatoes, but I realize that some foods require putting them directly in contact with the metal. Because these are a lighter weight aluminum and not heavy professional weight, I can't attest to how well they hold up to rigorous cleaning, and I suspect they will warp if subjected to the sudden temperature changes that happen when running cold water onto a hot pan.Out of the box, they are very, very shiny so have a high reflective surface, which may deflect too much heat for some items to bake properly, but I baked croissants on parchment paper and each croissant browned consistently on the bottom and cooked through all their flaky layers. As with any sheet or pan that does not have a non-stick surface, if grease does get baked on, a light scrubbing with steel wool may be required if all else fails to remove baked on gunk. This dulls the surface, which may be desirable.All-in-all, these 3 sheet pans with 3 racks are a good buy, and unless you're baking professionally, they are a good purchase. Finding cooling racks in these varying sizes is a real plus.

But after receiving the baking sheets I think I made a good choice. There are 3 sheets and 3 racks in this set. They are deeper then I expected (about an inch or more) They are sturdy but not heavy, the overall quality is good and they should hold up for a long time. The shipping was really quick and the Item arrived in good condition without any scratches or dents. (Like some other users stated) I have not used any of the baking sheets yet but if I have any problems I will update to let others know.p.s. I was not sure what the Warmth description was so I didn't rate it.

These pans are good for many things, but I had hoped to use them for baking a special cake, and they won't do that. They warp on one corner, each of them, when they get hot in the oven. I use them for cookies and for other items, but definitely not for cakes. Not the quality I had hoped for.

This set is heavy (in a good way) and very sturdy. Getting three pans plus racks for this price is a great value. The smallest is the perfect size for my 6 slice toaster oven. I love that they are deeper than most sheet pans. Not only are they really beautiful but have substance to them--not flimsy at all. I have been looking to replace 20 year old baking sheets and spent months trying to find a decent set. This is it! Haven't had a chance to use them a lot yet but so far I could not be happier. Recommend highly!

I wish I had these baking sheets years ago! They really are the best I've ever had. They are sturdy, I can tell they are not going to warp like the Walmart ones. I'm not much of a cook but that doesn't mean the easy things I bake don't deserve a good pan. I haven't put them in the dishwasher yet so I will update if that causes any problems but I am very happy with this purchase, definitely worth the money.

it's smaller than i initially thought but that's good because i was worried it would be too big to fit in my stove!However (to be more in depth, I just wanted to add to note that, from memory, it is about the size of a full keyboard including the number pad (medium size). The biggest one is only just 1~2 inches bigger than the medium one. But...I just like how cute and compact it is...!

I received this set very quickly. Each size also has a rack and makes it easy for vegetables and small cuts of meat like pork chops, chicken breast, etc. Keeps them from sitting right against the baking sheet and all drip off goes to bottom. I have also already baked Christmas cookies and in this case used the rack as a cooling rack for the cookies. Easy to clean afterward.

I read bunch of reviews for this, they seemed pretty good. Thing caught my eye on there was they "didn't warp while cooking." I finally used smallest one it warped til cooled off. Then used med size next day did same, but stopped warping after couple mins out of oven. The largest one didn't warp on me... thats great because i use that most often. So far no stick thats a plus 😃
