I ordered this heater a few days ago so we could enjoy our patio on these chilly nights! It arrived much faster then expected and was very well packaged! The instructions were so easy to follow and all hardware was in a numbered bag (see pic) my husband had it all set up and running in under an hour! The heat it put off was amazing! It was a very chilly evening and we sat comfortably for a good amount of time. Easy to just insert your propane container and start right up!!! Would totally buy again.

Put this together as instructed. Lit it 2x to test it out for about 10-15 minutes on each burn and now it will not pre-heat to stay lit. It doesn't even have 30 minutes of total burn time on it. This does not work well. It does not heat an area well at all. It is an inferior product in all ways. It is manufactured poorly with cheap wobbly materials, It throws very little heat. All dome patio heaters are 10x better then this piece of junk. The mesh area never gets to a glowing red and even the slightest wind turns the red glow into a side burning flame. It is being shipped back to Amazon to have their fun with worst quality patio heater made. They should be embarrassed that they allowed the Seller to use them to sell these.

Not only does this heater have a slick modern design with a really cool visual burn glow at night. It heats the area around it better than any other heater I’ve ever been around. I use it on my patio when it’s only 5 degrees at night during a Colorado winter and everyone on the couch or chair are very comfortable. Almost forgetting we’re in the dead of winter until you step outside the heat radius. I highly recommend this heater instead of the other styles at the price range. I even bought a second one to use around the smoker grill when I feel like BBQ’n in winter.

They are very easy to scratch and both came with some damage to the finish. But they work great and put out lots of heat.

Can’t keep the thing lit. Very frustrating.

If you're looking at this patio heater as an option for your home, you're probably like me and dislike the look of traditional patio heaters. That's where this one stands out - it's an incredibly cool looking heater at an affordable price. Sadly, that's where the positivity ends for this heater. Not only was it challenging to fit some of the pieces of the heater together during assembly (I would never be able to take it apart again), but it began rusting literally the minute following assembly. All of the screws rusted within days of assembling this heater and with several attempts at contacting the seller, I've had no luck in getting any sort of response. So even though this heater looks awesome and it's a tempting purchase, don't make the same mistake I did - I promise you will be disappointed.

I purchased two of these heaters but had some worries because they had zero reviews. I didn’t need to worry. They’ve been great. Went together easily and have operated with absolutely no problems. And they look good! I would definitely recommend them.
