I love this product for colour build up,which it removes very effectively.Doesn’t ruin my hair either.

Didn’t work at all, did a strand test too, didn’t lift one bit. Time & money wasted, the smell was very overpowering which made me feel sick, please don’t waste your money on this product or any colour remover kit, if you want to lighten your hair only way is to bleech it then recolour. Fact.

Great product and really does save your hair from damage. It’s abit smelly and the rinsing part is quite long but it’s worth it if you don’t want to damage your hair with bleach. I was very pleasantly surprised. Great value for money

Absolutely crap. Didn't lift brunette to lighter brown at all. Worse colour stripper I've ever used.

Wish I hadn't even attempted to do this. My hair did lighten but to a bright orange and the smell is horrendous. I am 5 days after and my hair is brittle and I still stink and have washed it twice with normal shampoo. Won't ever do this again.

Okay, so I’ve used this before like a few times. Years ago it worked quite well. But on the last couple occasions, it re-oxidised, so basically, it strips the hair dye out, only for your hair to gradually darken again over a couple of days. This time, it’s half worked but missed some stubborn bits, so I’ve patches of dark brown hair & copper brown hair. It’s slowly re-oxidising again, going darker. It’s really the only alternative to bleaching, which is more damaging. So it’s a hit and miss with this colour b4 and the formula has changed, it’s a powder that you mix, roll the bottle, then shake, then leave for ten minutes to develop before applying, but it’s less rinsing time - which I thought was odd as that was the most important factor I thought. A bit disappointed, as it looks as though I’ll have to do another application, even more cost & time.

Good product been using it for many years but if your hair been processed many times it might not be enough to remove the colour pigment. But overall excellent to remove hair dye to avoid getting it too dark. A plus is it doesn’t smell bad as the others similar products do. I recommend. Thanks! ☺️
