Best cross training shoe I've ever had.
Have always been a fan of Inov8 shoes. While I miss their more minimal offerings a few years ago, they know how to engineer an athletic shoe.I bought these for in gym training, weightlifting, some cross training and to be able to do most things well, except running and sprinting.Overall the shoes are great for weightlifting/cross training, and while they don't replace a true lifting shoe, they work just fine in most situations. Have not tried running, and do not intend to run in these. The grip is unbelievable, shoe is somewhat supportive without being overkill. Snug fit, good room in the toebox and somewhat cushoined. The shoes feel softer under foot than most, but do not feel at all soft under heavy weight. Not sure how they do that, but they do.If you're looking for a jack of all trades, well built and engineered cross training shoe, look no further. Would gladly buy the same shoe again, especially for the outsole...it just won't give up.

Great shoe.
I love the shoes. They're sold as a training shoe but I just did a half marathon in this pair. There's enough support for me to do this and it also really helps my foot strike be mid or just forward of mid foot. When I run in shoes with a bigger drop or a taller foot bed I don't feel stable at all. I love their slogan. I'll buy another pair when I wear these out.

Low profile tennis shoe perfect for training
I have been looking for a flatter shoe for workout. I normally workout barefoot but, because of Covid we are now required to wear shoes. I love the color and like the feel and fit. Wore them for a couple hours yesterday. Feel great!

Second Inov-8
This is my second pair. I bought my first one 8 years ago--F-195?. Loved them. It's not quite like that. I don't feel as low to the ground (which may be psychological), but it does feel great! I have a fallen arch on my right foot, so I like "minimal" shoes. I wear to work where I am on my feet for 10-12 hours. So far so good.

Great lightweight training shoe
I loved the ASICS MetConviction shoe for crossfit. They were lightweight, flat and durable. The model was discontinued a few years back and I have been searching for a similar replacement. The search is over! My new INOV-8 F-Lite 230's are exactly what I've been looking for with all the same features. They are rock solid running, jumping and lifting. So far, so good!

Good minimalist running shoe
Bought as a minimalist running shoe. These shoes have been working well for that purpose. Firm and responsive, obviously you'd want to avoid running in these of you are a heel striker. The graphene soles seem to be a bit more grippy on wet asphalt than other running shoes. Hopefully, they also wear a little slower as well. Fit is right in line with other Inov-8 shoes I have owned.

Laces too short
Shoes very confortable and super light weight. Laces too short. I can’t tight shoe laces.

Runs too small
Bought these as a gift and couldn’t give it to the person until after return window closed. They only had UK sizes in stock. Ordered the Men’s UK 6 as it is supposed to be equal to a men’s US 7, it’s not even close. They could barely get their foot in the shoe and when they did the entire shoe was too small. Length, width, toe box, all. Now I’m stuck with a $125 shoe and nobody who can wear it.
