Great quality and yield
I don't print more than a half dozen pages a week on an inexpensive Brother H2270DW printer. I bought two cartridges from amazon in 2018 and just put in the second one today 9/28/24. No matter how long it sits idle, it prints perfectly on demand. The Brother printer and Linkyo cartridges make a very cheap, very reliable combination. I used to buy inkjet printers. I don't need color, and the ink cartridges often clogged before I could use them. And they were EXPENSIVE. Never again.

Works great
Update: From July 2019 to October 2019, I bought this product twice. I am currently on my last cartridge from my second package. I print on a daily basis. When I print on a high volume day, I will print anywhere between 100 to 300 pages. I think I went through 6 to 8 packets of computer paper using 3rd cartridges. I just replaced my printer with the 4th cartridge. I like this ink cartridge and plan on buying it as long as the price remains reasonable. When the toner needs to be replaced, you can use the cartridge for quite awhile. However, the ink will streak at the edges. End update This works great. So far I am still on my first toner. I print a lot because I am a college student. I was able to print about 1000 to 1100 pages with the first cartridge. The quality seems fine. It came faster than expected too, which was a plus.

Good Value - read the instructions
For the price, this is a good value. Having just installed the first of the two cartridges, this LINKYO Toner cartridge appears to be working just fine. With the new options available for reading or storing documents, we do not turn to the printed page nearly as often, but when we need to, it is good to know that if the toner runs out, we have a spare. Buyers need to remember that this does not include the drum. Normally the drum and cartridge are removed from the printer as one unit. The old cartridge is removed from the drum, the new cartridge installed on the drum section, and then the drum/cartridge assembly replaced in the printer. Do not make the mistake my office mate did and try to simply pull the old unit and install the new Toner Cartridge. His comment, “I figured as a generic replacement, it wouldn’t look exactly like the OEM part.” While he proved that the toner cartridge can be placed back in the printer without the drum, I can tell you, – it will not work and there is a high likelihood that it may get jammed inside the printer in a way that will require an expensive service call, or a new printer.

Excellent quality and yield
I replaced the Linkyo toner after 2,713 pages. Considering 2600 is the advertised yield, I think this cartridge did very well. I did have a couple "Toner is low" messages pop up on the monitor. However resetting the cartridge through the on line printer interface got another couple hundred sheets printed. UPDATE: 7/12/2016 Adding additional info after testing over time. I replaced the TN450 cartridge with another LINKYO compatible on 11/5/15. AT that time my printer had printed 17837 pages. Next toner replacement was on 3/1/2016 and the printed page count was at 20550. So the LINKYO toner produced 2713 pages. Next toner replacement was on 7/12/16. Again put a new LINKYO toner in the printer and documented page count at 24290. So this time I got 3740 pages from the toner cartridge. I did deal with 3 "error" messages over this time indicating the toner needed replacement however I reset the machine 3 times using the following method (found by Googling "reset toner brother 2270"): [...] If your TN2230 – TN2250 toner counter on your HL-2130 HL-2240D HL-2250DN or HL-2270DW doesn’t reset when you install the cartridge, you may wish to try this procedure. Open the front cover and leave open while completing the following steps. Turn the printer off. Hold the ‘go’ button (or “start’ button) while turning the printer on. All panel lights should be on. Release the ‘go’ button (or “start’ button). Press the ‘go’ button (or “start’ button) 2 times. Pause. All panel lights should be on. Press the ‘go’ button (or “start’ button) 5 times. The toner light should be off (the error light may be flashing). The paper light should be on or flashing. Close the cover. The ready light should be the only light on. Note: This procedure has been tested on the HL2130 HL2240D HL2250DN and HL2270DW printer but may work on other printers using the TN2250 toner. I just now noticed print fading so after 3740 pages its time to replace the toner.

Great value and performance
I've got a Brother DCP-7065DN multifunction printer and have reordered from LINKYO several times now. My wife is a teacher and prints a lot of materials, but that is a seasonal thing. So, we'll go through a cartridge in a month, and then another one will last 6 months or so. It sucks to run out, so we always have one or two as a backup, and they can remain unopened for a year and there is no problem using them once we get around to it. A nice modification is that in our most recent order, the instructions for resetting the printer low toner warning are now on a sticker on the box. They are easy enough to find online (like, for example in the top rated review on Amazon), but it is a nice convenience. We've gone through about 8 of the toner cartridges so far, they seem to last about as long as they claim, and haven't gotten a bum one yet. I'd say they last longer than the rated page count, but haven't been rigorous in noting it. But, I know we'll be close to the page count and I'll reorder more cartridges and then it seems like forever before I need to use them.

Works in my Brother DCP-7065DN printer...
And that was my primary concern. A lot of the complaints I see on cartridges that aren't name brand is that they say they fit something but don't. I've only recently installed this and so far it is working with no noticeable problems so far which I think is worth four stars because it's significantly less expensive than the name brand version. If it prints as long as the regular cartridge, I will probably come back and update this rating to five stars. It's just too early to say right now. EDIT: I have re-ordered these cartridges after a positive experience the first time around. As you can see, it's been FOUR years since I ordered a pack of two cartridges. I'd say I'm pretty happy with getting TWO years per cartridge. I haven't done metrics but I do a fair amount of printing as a casual user for personal reasons. I'm sure someone who prints a lot, perhaps professionally, will not get quite as much usage but I definitely feel as if I got a lot of quality printing out of these cartridges to easily justify their much lower cost versus the name brand.

Will be buying again
I ordered these because our printer was warning about low toner levels. I left them sitting on the shelf because the old toner wasn't completely out yet. I went to use the printer this morning and saw my daughter had replaced the old toner cart with one of the new LINKYO carts (and left the packaging all over the place, grrr). I asked her about it, she said the toner ran out last night as she was printing out her English essay, so she replaced it herself. Normally I'm in charge of all tech-related issues, so she doesn't have the most experience with this sort of thing, but the instructions were quite clear. She also said it was working great. I then printed out my own document and had no issues - print output was clear and sharp and there were no odd warnings from the printer itself. Based on all this, I would say these carts are easy to install, of good quality, and come at a great price.
