Perfect for cruisers
Very strong magnets suitable for cruise ships, RVs, etc with steel walls. They are strong enought to hold coats or other fairly heavy items.

Excellent on our cruise
Important Notes: If you hang something too heavy on this hook, it will slide down the wall. The hook is designed to hold a load of 40lbs, but that weight is being pulled straight down from the ceiling, not against the wall. This behavior is due to the physics of friction. When mounted on a wall, the friction isn't strong enough to keep a 40lb item in place, so it will gradually slide down. However, the magnet will remain attached to the wall—it won’t fall off. If you're hanging something heavier and the magnet can stick to the ceiling, it provides excellent holding power. I successfully hung a full leather toiletry bag and a backpack using this setup. Advice - Buy more magnets than you think you need. If your ship has magnetic walls, you will literally find new things to hang from them like USB charge cords, necklaces, your ship pass lanyard, clothing, hats, etc. There isn't a ton of space for items and it kept feeling like every flat surface was a pile of stuff. I advise you grab some 80lb magnets and some with a "Swivel" hook (search this: LOVIMAG Magnetic Hooks for Cruise Cabins, 60Lbs Swivel Magnetic Hooks Heavy Duty) because the swivel hooks were good for hanging up light privacy curtains to divide some spaces. If you used a hook that doesn't swivel for a curtain, they can pop off the ceiling or slide which was annoying. Having magnets helped me organize a lot of things. Also if you have a magnetic door, you can hang up a sign outside the door (remove the screw in hooks so they can't be easily peeled off or catch someone walking down the hall) because having a sign on the door made it easy to find our room.

Love em
Love em except I left them on the ship. Sad day. They did come in a bag with magnets and the hooks. Worked perfectly to hang linens on the back of the ship door. Shalls, hats, handbags. The hook is pretty .. hooky.. stabby. It did poke a hole through my swim cover linen. The tip of the the hook is kind of sharp/barbed, not really rounded. The magnet is durable and they were easy to assemble. They had a nice storage bag. I’m depressed I left them behind because I could use them when camping or on the boat for a bag holder or something. I didn’t try to hold heavy things so idk how they would hold up. But great for organization in a small space

Strong but (30lbs?) not sure about that.
I purchase these little magnets because I have purchased other ones in the past of similar size and for the amount that I was receiving for the money I felt like I was getting good deal. The other styles I have purchased in the past said they were rated for 25 lb and these are rated for 30 lb but after receiving them they are almost the exact same size and they seem to hold about the same amount of weight sorry I'm not so sure about the 30 lb being legit, but they are still nice and they were perfectly for what I need them for, of course I use them on the side of my toolbox to hang packs of screws and other lightweight items but the main reason I bought them was you can switch out the hooks and replace it with a 4 mm screw so I have a few 12x16 tin advertising signs, that have holes in all four corners and you're able to use the hooks and there a perfect size for the whole but the screws give it a more cleaner look and I only use two in order to mount them so I end up being able to mount more out of a pack that way, granted they are stronger pulling straight off instead of at an angle but I still do not feel like the tension is anywhere near 30 lb I have it actually tested it but I would estimate it at about 10 lb and if you've ever bought the 22 lb 25 lb magnets they are almost identical in size the magnet itself is about the size of a dime, but they are made well and I haven't had a magnet to come out of the housing yet. I've even screwed a few to the back side of pencil holders and different items to attach to my toolbox oh my pencils, pens and other smaller items, they are even able to hold small packages of screws, nails for nail guns, etc. And if you need something with more strength I have also purchased 80 lb and 100 lb magnets and they may not be legit either but they sure do have a lot of tension in order to get them removed. But all in all these are great little magnets and I will definitely purchase them again in the future.

Great product and great price.
Great product and great price. These are very strong and you have to be careful because they will pinch you. But they definitely do the job.

Worked great when on cruise. Able to hang up items.

Magnet is strong but the hook is weak. The thread in the hook end seems weak. Don't try to put more pressure or tighten it vigorously, it may damage the thread.

Colour is the only thing is attractive, but not the magnet, the IBL, which they mentioned is not at all exact when I receive the product. The size is also different from which they have shown in the website. Almost 1 1/2 cm less than the description. The sellers are not specific and this product was not returnable a replaceable, so happened to speak with the customer catcher for the refund and which they did without any hustle.
