Have been using this product for a few months. I think it does add to overall health and good for the brain. I do take short break from taking it so it doesn’t become ineffective

Toniiq makes great supplements and this is no exception. I have a noticeable reduction in stress induced brain fog and an improvement in memory when taking this product. I have tried to stop after the bottle runs out but always go back.

I have used this supplement before from another manufacturer/supplier. It worked so well that I could remember song names and dates from my youth in the 60s. I am not a memory giant and never have been, so it was quit a delightful experience showing off my memory to my grandson as we discussed music of the days back then. I returned to trying this supplement again to see if it would help my 90 year old mother's memory. It has collapsed lately due to age and I suspect the pain medication she has to use now. The good news is that she is now remembering that she has seen a television show before when that hardly ever happened. We could watch the same show story several times before she would realize that she had seen it before. I do not know if this is related but her mood has improved and she can now enjoy a bit more complicated mystery shows and still keep up with the story line without getting so frustrated. We are both only taking one capsule per day for the last 30+ days. She has a very sensitive digestive system and has shown no stomach problems. It is good to watch her improvement. I have also noticed that I am 'up' to doing more things myself that require memory and learning, like getting my private pilot license at 70 years old. Being able to remember names is a nice side benefit also.

I have taken this in the past-other brands. I always feel an almost instant increase in focus. Helps with follow through, BUT this time (or perhaps this brand) kept me awake at night. Never had that problem in past.

This product is better than the commercial products that are found in stores advertising to help the brain, memory, clarity etc. The store products that are advertised to do similar have many added components that aren't needed or are excessive. This product is pure in and of its named ingredient. This exact product was recommended to me by a psychiatrist. I have been taking this for almost a year and I feel and notice a big difference. I am 57 but had been on pain meds for 6 yrs and suffered with chronic pain. That's what dealt my mind a blow. For me, this product had helped me gain back so much. Granted this is my personal experience. Try it. Give it several months to kick in fully. I hope it helps you!
