for Bose Sounddock Portable Digital Music System SoundLink Air

Brought my old Bose SoundDock back to life. I tried other batteries but they either did not charge or did not last. This one works and holds a change. Works great. Enjoying my SoundDock again. 👍👍

The colo was the exact match and was charged enough to ensure that it would work. There was hardly no noticeable difference from the original.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! In 1 word horrible! I have had 2 batteries delivered & tried by this vendor. The 1st worked for about 2 days before needing a charge BUT "Battery Won't Charge"! The 2nd wouldn't secure the battery to Bose! Screw "Locking Pin Not Centered" & won't attach to the Bose Sound Dock! Tried to center pin but wouldn’t budge! FYI - my original Bose battery still works after 11 years but only approx. 30 min before needs charging. Also means my Bose is working just fine! Bad luck?? Suggestion; Try another vendor!

You can buy this with confidence. Just make sure the battery lines up with the serial number, make & model of your old machine. Swap this baby in and you're good to go for another 12 years or so.

As others have mentioned in their reviews, my battery arrived and could not lock into place on my Bose SoundDock. The locking button could not be depressed far enough to allow it to be turned, because the locking pin was not symmetrically centered through the locking button's shaft. But this was easily remedied by taking a pliers and gently squeezing the asymmetrically longer end of the pin against the shaft until it was forced through the hole in the shaft in a more centered/symmetrical fashion. Once this was done, the locking button COULD be depressed and turned to lock the battery into place. Problem solved!

The battery for my Bose speaker fitted and works perfectly. It is worth the price.

Died after year and a half. Contact connection was intermittent. My original battery lasted about 10 years.

had to buy this to replace the battery in my Bose Sound Dock system. waited for it to be fully charged & it works great so far.

My Sounddock is better than any incarnation of portable sound system since. Knowing there's a battery replacement to extend this life is amazing!

Only thing to note is that the charging light doesn't work when you plug it in like it used to but it charges and works fine anyway. Could be my Bose, but it worked with the factory battery before I changed it.
