Love this massager! It arrived quickly (within 2 days w/Amazon Prime) & with all of the parts (11 massage heads). I have Fibromyalgia (since 1996) & the last 10-15 yrs I've had muscle issues that contract and don't release very well--which creates a lot of muscle spasms and muscle cramps daily. This percussion massager has helped relieve it tremendously! I see a massage therapist every two weeks for the past twenty years and this hand held massager helps me release my cramping muscles in between my appts. With all of my hand issues, it's not too heavy for me to handle either. If I get tired, I lay on my side and propped the massager on a pillow. But I only use it for 10-15 mins at a time. I like deep tissue massages. My feet over the years are no longer ticklish with massages. The vibration is soothing and not super loud which is nice. The higher you go on the vibration the quicker it vibrates, but the lower you set it is where it slows down and thumps as a percussion massager more for a good deep massage. I use the single bullet looking head "blood line massager stick" for my hands & feet. After my first use of about 10 mins on my hands I could feel some good relief. Then about an hour later I used it again on my hands for another 10-15 mins. I didn't have the severe cramping in my hands for 4-5 days just from those two short sessions. My husband also uses it on his hands and feet. We have yet to give each other a back massage, but I did use the "4 head massager" (shown in photo w/the blue tips) for my shoulders, arms, and neck area as well as the single bullet "blood line stick" massager for the base of my skull. It's best to use the 4 prong head massager over your shirt because its a bit much without it--kind of scratchy. But I can tolerate it more on my arms w/out long sleeves. I also have 2 herniated cervical discs and it helped relieve the tightness and aches and pains from those discs which creates problems in my neck, shoulders, arms, and hands.It's well constructed and seems like it would last. I keep it in the box it came in and unplug it after each use as directed so it doesn't get a surge & become hazardous. (May be best to use with a surge protector if you have one.) Take care not to bend the cord on the end/tip connecting to the massager, because I read that can break & become defective. But so far I've been careful to twist it away from any hazardous crimping position. My opinion is to just treat it carefully and take care of it and it will last a long time. I am purchasing another one for my friend for her birthday, who also had herniated discs in her neck.

It is a little awkward because of it's size, but does a great job.

I've never had to give a bad review on amazon, but I was skeptical of this product before ordering because getting a well built product of this sort with this number of attachments is unlikely. When we got the package it was already opened, and may have been somebody else's returned product. The massager wasn't in the box, and was free floating in a VERY oversized box with nothing to hold it in place. The attachments were all in their box inside of the original massager box though. It probably banged around all over the place during shipping. My wife used the massager for ten minutes or less before it stopped working. The motor still ran, but it seemed that the connection between the massager shaft and the motor broke somehow. It was being used on a low setting when it broke.

Very good massager. It's many attachments helps with all my aches & pains.I'm happy I ordered it.

10/7/18 Update.... Broken!!! How about 5he 1 year warranty? How do I initiate this? Actually broke more than a month ago and it's just been sitting here.Amazing! Works well. Love the variety of tools. I bought it primarily for planter fasciitis but have used it on many other areas.

Great product. Have had it a couple of weeks and use it everyday on my back due to somehow hurting it again for more times than I can count. Fortunately it is the muscles and not disks so this helps a great deal. I had hurt it and couldn't find my old one which was bigger and heavier and really thumped away without any attachments so used the opportunity to order this one as a replacement and once I found the sweet spot for that muscle that ran from the base of the spine down the right leg it was heaven, the gold plastic one with the spikes really did the trick. I used it before bed and after getting up with other attachments and now in pretty good shape but still use it when feel pain or stiffness so it has gotten a workout and done great, my new best friend.

Its alot bigger than i expected which isnt a bad thing. Its the hard plastic head pieces which provide discomfort to my husband. For someone who loves deep massages he finds this product unsatisfying and almost painful. Disappointing for me since it was his birthday present.

I am a professional massage therapist. I have invested in about 15 different electric vibration tools over the years of my practice. This one is the best and most versatile of all of them. It has an adjustable vibration from mild to very intense, Warehouse the majority of my other tools are very weak in comparison and accordingly less effective.Very easy to use and exchange the wide variety of included attachments which are very designed and manufactured.
