Recipes Themselves are OK, Book Quality and BW Images Are Atrocious

The addition of the cuisine from the Kotah region of Rajasthan is hastefully put together. Know that the "original" version is the hardcover, which is currently rare to find or has reached out-of-print status from the publisher.This paperback version is tacky, with cheap photoretouching of the composition on the cover. You can even see the jagged edges. In addition, it is printed on demand by the huge Ingram Content Group (ICG).Consider this your warning.If you want the original hardcover with color photography, it's best to visit used or specialty bookshops.
