Picture quality is great, there's minimal delay on the motion sensor, and they're inexpensive. Cost is a factor, since I've got pictures of them being chewed up by bears, lynx, coyotes, wolverines, and river otters. The usually keep working for quite a while after being chewed up, but they get water inside, the screen goes blank, and you can't change the settings.
