Source Naturals Vitamin E, Mixed Tocopherols 400 iu Fat-Soluble Antioxidant - 250 Softgels

The best kind of Vitamin E is Natural Mixed Tocopherols. My second-time purchase, and this is a great buy over the GNC brand I used to get in the local store.Update May 2017: I cannot find the Source Naturals Vitamin E I have purchased on Amazon in the past. This "vegagels" formula is the closest match, but the label indicates it no longer contains d-alpha tocopherol.

After reading Mark Hyman's article on Huffington Post, I got this along with other natural acne/better skin solution supplements that he recommended. It had mixed tocopherols not just the d-tocopherols which are the usual ones I found on drug store shelves. I haven't been taking it long to accurately express subjectively that there is dramatic improvement. Along with proper diet, exercise, and my other supplements, this is so far working well in terms of being tolerated by my system. I will possibly update when I notice something. -Sandra Martin

I would give 5 star, but it has Soy oil.

The main image of this product is deceptive. These are not "vegagels." They are "softgels" and contain "gelatin" - not specified as "vegetable gelatin." Look at the second image of the bottle front. That is what you are actually buying. I am disappointed. I was hoping I was not going to have to pierce the gelatin and squeeze out the vitamin e into a spoon to avoid swallowing the gelatin - which would make me sick. Hopefully, the vitamins are good quality - apart from being mislabeled.

I have used this brand before. In my experience, natural, mixed tocopherols are much more effective than synthetic for restless leg syndrome.

I really like this vitamin E. I was looking for something more complete than the basic drugstore brand, I feel good taking these. My children like to chew these, but I warn that they do taste fishy when chewed. We don't mind!

I like this product because it relieves me of constant watery running eyes. I read about this product in a diabetes book. Product has delivered as suggested by the author. I've been using product for at least a year.

I ordered this product because it is suppose to help my brain function. I haven't been taking it long enough to know it is working. It certainly hasn't harmed me.
