I bought these bands for my daughters physical therapy exercises since she's been a toe-walker her entire life. She had little to no range of motion in her ankle and her calves to her hips were extremely tight. The loop bands have been so much nicer than the strips that the PT clinic gave us since these don't fall off, she has something to grip as she stretches and we can grab them as well. There has been a noticeable difference in what she gets out of the exercises as well as her frustration going down with less issues caused by the strips.I highly recommend these for anyone in need of exercise or PT since they work fantastic, easy to store in the pouch and drop in to a drawer and are far more reliable than anything I've encountered since we have started PT (8+ weeks).

Wife has been wanting these forever! She just had our 2nd child a few months ago and is ready to start working out again. These are great for leg workouts in the garage. Well made and you can tell they're not going to crack anytime soon. Great for burning calories and building those leg muscles

I love these bands. I worked in rehabilitation centers for many years and these are very similar to the therapeutic grade bands that we used in the clinics. It's great that there are a variety of resistance for many levels. I would definitely recommend these if you are in the market for this kind of product.

**EDIT**After using this product for a few months, the elasticity has gone severely down. Not challenging at all, plus the label has faded.I enjoyed most of the bands, but the Black Band was not as tight as the rest of them. Whenever I work out with it, it constantly shifts out of place.

These are great for keeping in the office. I take a 20 minute break twice a day and work out various muscles.It's great to have for maintaining muscle tone. I also believe that taking a little break to do a small workout helps my day to be better. Just my opinion.

I am having trouble with my back. My hips and knees were sore. My Dcotro sent me for Physical Therapy. The Thereapist gave me exercises to loosen and strengthen the muscles in my back and hips (gluts). The bands have helped to increase the resistance for the exercises.

I love that these come with a little pouch to store them in. The variety of resistances is a good assortment. It's also nice that each one has the resistance strength printed on it so I don't have to guess or remember which color is stronger.

Though, I only use some of them because the light ones are too light for me, the ones that I do use are amazing! Very strong and durable. I've had them for months now and they're still in great condition and work extremely well!
