This belt is perfect for my insulin pump. I have a 40" waist and most other belts go over your head and roll up when you have belly fat. This is the only one I found that goes up to a 50" waist and is totally adjustable. It can be worn over or under clothes so my pump can be totally discreet. I'm going to order another one so I have a back up.

Its a very tight fit for my insulin pump, I won't be using the product due to it being too hard to put in and take it out each time.

Very comfortable. Great for my pump when I don't have pockets. Pouch could be a little more secure, pump has slipped out when I was very active. That cost the extra star.

I got this yesterday, and was happy of the soft stretchy fabric and the adjustable strap. I was nervous that it wouldn't fit me, as the widest part of my midsection is 50 inches, however the belt adjust and fit perfectly without any discomfort. It almost feels similar to a back support belt due to the thickness.I was able to fit both my Tslim X2 pump and my Samsung s10 phone at the same time with no worry or sign of slippage while moving around. Sleeping with it on with the pump inside was also very comfortable and much preferred over having it clipped to me.So far, no complaints and am even considering buying another one to switch out for cleaning.

It holds an insulin pump well, until it doesn’t.I would wear this around my waist daily, and I’ve purchased 2 (both have failed catastrophically after only a few months of usage). The first ripped wide open between the zipper and the access holes on either side, making it incapable of holding anything but disappointment. The replacement had also started this tearing after a few months on one side of the zippered pouch area, but also the strap that wraps around the waist to hold it in place quite literally just disintegrated where it connects to the pouch on the side that it fastens itself with Velcro. I did not wear it tightly at all, nor would I consider my usage in any way rough or above and beyond what the product is designed for and the way it appears in the photos of the product page.Don’t buy this, the quality is awful. You will be disappointed.

Very well made and very comfortable the extra wide band is made with a sturdier material preventing any role over that I have experienced from other brands I ordered the wrong size but was so empressed that I reordered 2 more in the right size !!!

From the reviews I read, I was sure this was finally the answer in my quest for a comfortable holder for my tandem pump. Well, not quite.Pro: It is more comfortable to wear than the others (14) that I have. The velcro closure is much less irritating and easier to keep its rough edges away from the skin. The zipper pouch is a good idea for keeping the pump from falling out.Con: The pouch is one lo-o-o-ong tube. This allows the pump to slide from one end to the other. More than once it has moved to a position that disconnects the pump from the Dexcom sensor. It also allows the tubing to tangle. I found it to be extremely annoying.Conclusion: In my opinion, this would be almost perfect if there were 2-4 separate pockets for the pump and other items you wish to carry. I should not need to drag out my sewing machine to create dividers.
