I LOVE THIS THING.
I saw someone review this thing on TikTok and it got the idea in my head to buy it. I added it to my wishlist but almost forgot about it. When I got my Christmas bonus, I said hey maybe I'll go buy that thing. But the price went up by 70$. So I was like 😬😬 Maybe not. Well, my sister got one. I tried it out and her house and loved it. So I bit the bullet and ordered even though it was now 70$ more than I expected to spend. And mannnn, was it worth it.I have three corgis. And these things shed like crazy. I'm not kidding, I have giant clumps of corgi fur just chilling all over my house. My living room hadn't been mopped in a while so I vacuumed it while I was waiting for this to arrive in the mail. Then I got it, un packaged, assembled, and tried it out. The thing did GREAT. So then I did my kitchen. Again, phenomenal job. And then... The real test. My office. All 3 dogs are in there all the time. It doesn't get a lot of foot traffic so the floors aren't filthy, but they were definitely hairy. And THE TINECO PASSED MY TEST. It vacuumed up all the hair, mopped simultaneously, and didn't leave hair stuck to the floor as it dried. WOW. Even when I sweep, vacuum, and mop it leaves some hair behind. I don't really mind because, hey, I have 3 corgis. Kinda just have to embrace the hair. But not any more. THANKS TO THE TINECO😍😍I do have one complaint. It leaves a slight imprint on the floor. You can't see it very well in the picture but it looks like a bunch of little dots, I believe from the little doodads on the brush that do such a great job scrubbing. That kinda sucks. But it doesn't look streaky or smeared which is nice. Its way better than a standard mop or the usual rubber maid spray mop I usually use.(Oh, and the cleaning agent that comes with it smells great. It actually smells and cleans identical to this cleaner I used to use years ago that got changed--Armstrong floor cleaner.(they updated the bottle and said "same formula, new look" but they are liars, it is not the same.) However, the Tineco's solution is IDENTICAL to the old Armstrong floor cleaner.)Can you tell I used to be a maid?😂Anyway, over all AMAZING product. I would have loved to have gotten it at the lower price, but honestly, it was worth it either way. It took me 1/3 of the time it usually takes to clean my floors. Oh, and it came with a charge on it. It didn't die until I was finished😂 Literally, just as I was finishing my office. I love this thing man.

If it ever breaks I'm buying another one immediately
We have been using it exclusively now on our hardwood floors in our brand new home. Initially it didn't seem like it was picking up well but I quickly learned that it's very important to clean it often and keep the filter clear of debris between cleaning. It does not edge well so every few weeks I do use a swiffer around my edges. It gets the floors incredibly clean. If you use a swiffer after using this, the swiffer pad will have zero dirt on it so it's very effective at removing dirt from the floor completely. I do spend 5 minutes after using it to run the self clean, empty the water tank, and use the scrub brush to clean all parts. I soak the roller in bleach and let it air dry and it's ready to go again. Great great product. Light and easy to use.

Found my perfect floor combo
I found a combo that works for me with the Tineco! But no, I’m not just using this. For me my combo for easy floor maintenance is Dyson V8 for daily vacuuming, tineco for mopping, and shark steam mop for shine! I have two dogs, a cat, and husband that is in and out of the garage all day. That means lots of dirt and pet hair. Unfortunately this cannot do it all for me but it makes routine mopping much much easier on my back and easy for me to do regularly. Here are some general notes:1. If you haven’t vacuumed in a while and you have pets just do a quick run with your vacuum first. The filter gets clogged with pet hair pretty quickly if there’s a lot on the floor. Cat hair seems to be worse for clogging than dog hair.2. I prefer to run this on spot mode for mopping. It uses more water and also drains the battery life faster but It gets the floor cleaner. So I usually do a few passes with water on spot mode, then a few passes without water on regular mode to finish sucking up the water.3. This does leave the floors a little streaky on its own, but I found that doing a quick pass with my shark steam mop makes the floor so shiny. It’s incredible, honestly. I hated that damn thing as a regular mop (changing the pads, using pressure to scrub) but it really ✨shines✨ as a finishing touch and is helpful in the corners. I know the tineco is working too because the pads of the mop are pretty clean even after doing the whole room.4. The vacuum feature works super well on ultra low pile rugs. I have a ruggable rug and the dyson practically sucks rug off the pad (seriously I can only pull it back , if I push it forward it stops the brush lol). But this glides over it really well and picks up a lot.5. This is terrible in corners and against baseboards, not a big issue for me since I follow with the steam mop which can get in corners.6. I found cleaning it pretty easy and fast! I like that I can pop the wet roller in the stand and replace the dry one so it’s ready for next time.7. The cleaning solution smells really good and you only need a cap full.8. Self cleaning mode is coolOverall it has good cleaning power but it’s not a miracle tool that’s going to do everything for you. For me it’s allowed me to mop more frequently without breaking my back and I can work it in every few days in between daily vacuuming which I would never do with a regular mop. I used to dread mopping, now I find it kind of fun.

Worst floor machine ever.
First, I received a machine that did not disperse water when pulling the trigger and suction was not right. Then it took almost a month of back and forth communication, and another month to receive a replacement machine. Replacement machine “works” better, but this is literally the worst floor machine I have ever used and I could vacuum and mop on my hands and knees faster than this machine “does it all”. I was really excited to get this machine after the endless TikTok videos (that I am convinced were paid to promote this garbage machine). When they do a side by side comparison with the bissel it is not comparing the actual full performance. Just once little suction mess. Not to mention, the suction gets louder randomly but stops sucking anything up and it leaves a big dirty water pile on my floor. I will be returning this machine.
