I really like the pocket on the inside when I go on runs. It keeps my phone from flopping around and hitting me. Good fit.

Shorts are a little short for a “large” size- be warned they are short shorts.

These are great. I love using them when on a run. I put my phone in the hidden pocket and it does not bounce around. The trick I use is I put my keys in the same side as the hidden pocket hand then stuff that pocket in to the hidden pocket so my key wont bounce around too. Works great and does not scratch my phone. great quality shorts been washing them over and over color does not fade. Great buy,

I tried jogging and put my phone in the phone pocket. I didn't even feel that I was running with a phone. It fits perfectly and is very comfortable. I also like how they secured the strings.

Compression layer lacks thickness/stability to secure phone at even a light jog defeating its entire purpose.
