There are lifesavers for me!!! I have a bad lower back, and if I walk for more than 30-40 mins, I start feeling stubbing. I was once in a hunting trade show, and passed by a booth that sold these. The lady insisted on me trying one, I didn't want to insert one in my shoes, then give them back, she said it's ok. They were selling them at $40/pair, which didn't encourage me to even try them. Long story short, I put them on, and felt this amazing/weird feeling of someone walking on a liquid. I wasn't convinced this will do me any good, but just the feeling made me want to try "something different". I gave her the $40 bucks, and kept walking with my friend for the rest of the show. Maybe 30 minutes later, I realized that the stubbing (that I had before the inserting the insoles) was COMPLETELY GONE!! Guys, I swear to God no one if paying me for this review, this is my honest experience, and I truly hope people with bad back, or those who walk or stand for long hours will benefit from this as much as I do. I bought about a dozen and gave them as gifts to my siblings. My brother is a butcher who stands for long hours at work, he LOVED them. You will notice the difference when you don't use them. I don't know how to explain the benefits, or how it works, I just know it's a miracle. Give it a try and tell people about it. Thousands of people are suffering with pain, and don't know such a simple solution exists! I truly hope this will always stay available in the market!

I’ve had these types of inserts before. I love the way they feel after you get used to them. They are really durable, and they take the shock of every day walking and standing. I am on my feet all day, and these save my feet. It’s also easier to put my shoes on because my socks slide along these as you put them in. The gel type inserts are real hard to get your feet into the shoe because they are sticky.

I love gel inserts. I have rigid arch supports supplied by my podiatrist. And it's difficult to find cushioning to go over the top that does not alter the height of the arch support. These work great! And I love the feeling under my feet as the gel moves back and forth when I step. But I have found that the gel tends to compress over time. Which is a little strange. It doesn't leak, it just seems to compress. So I have to replace them at least once a year. Since I haven't found that some brands work better than others in this regard. I just go for the cheapest I can find.

To thick and didn't seem any better than the ones half the price

Dont get, there almost nothing there but fabric. Theyre super flat, with them stacked together its better but not worth buying 2 pairs at 20 a pop to get some actualy cushioning

Like others who reviewed, I was somewhat skeptical because of how thin the insoles appeared. After getting used to the unusual rolling sensation from the gel inside them, I realized I had no foot pain whatsoever. It's like having your foot massaged the whole time you walk. I personally weigh around 185. Not sure how effective these would be for someone in a higher weight class. For me, awesome product, well worth the money.

I ordered this thinking it would be a type of gel soft insole/shock absorber since "gel" is in the descrition. When i tried it out, the insole was more like a waterballoon, squished flat and offered no support. When walking/running you could feel the liquid move front to back under your feet, weird feeling. When stepping the liquid would rush out from heals to the toes and press toes up againts inside of shoes, not comfortable.
