I’ve used these for several years and they never cease to impress me. They pump a ton of water and can be cleaned and adjusted very easily. Sponge filters work much better and all around quieter than regular cartridge replacement filters. They hold beneficial bacteria for the fish and all you need to do is rinse out the sponges every few weeks rather than getting rid of it like replacement filters. It was a perfect fit for my big tank and keeps it clean and the fish happy and healthy.
