Great book! Learning a lot about culture.

Janssen does a great job of outling a blueprint for creating and maintaining a championship culture. I would recommend this book to any coach who is going through the process of establishing or re-establishing a culture where newer, higher standards of behavior by staff and players is required in order to align with your vision of becoming a champiobship level team.Make no mistake, there are truths revealed in this book that cannot be rationalized to make up for things missing to create a championship culture. Stop making excuses and follow these principles, easy or difficult. The reality is if you want your team's culture to reflect your vision you will start the process outlined in the book. The best part is within just a couple weeks you will see those athletes who "want in" start to increase their level of play.
