The mint coating is very strong but it is similar to an Altoid. I love strong mint flavors. It’s pleasantly chilling, even soothing!I was given the opportunity to sample the mints and do plan on continue using the product.The size reminds me of a tic-tac and the part you swallow is like a vitamin.

This mint doesn’t taste good. You suck off the coating and swallow the rest . It made me nauseous. My coworkers didn’t care for it either. It’s not eligible to be returned. What a waste of money!

These are an oil-based mint. The gel pod is coated with a strong mint flavor that lasts about 2 minutes. Once the coating is gone, you have a liquid filled gel capsule in your mouth that contains parsley oil. The capsule is hard to swallow as it can get stuck in your throat. It is advised to drink a liquid with the capsule. I do not believe many people are walking around with water to take with the pill. Once you swallow the capsule, you can sometimes burp the parsley oil for about 20 minutes.These mints really did not freshen my breath any more than the cheaper breath mints.I cannot recommend nor not recommend these mints as they are right in the middle of the pack with other breath mints but yet quite a bit more expensive.

I was skepticalit definitely worked! My breath was minty and good. I wish it was a mint or gum and that's it but you do have to read directions and do it right.I had a garlicky meal and then used it right after and my boyfriend couldn't even tell. So I'd say that is a win win

I liked the strong minty flavor. After I swallowed the capsules, the mints made my stomach hurt. I will be searching for better mints. They are not worth the price.
