After reading countless reviews (and probably drank hundreds of cups of coffee) I finally settled on the Obliq Flex Pro. I mean seriously, with a name like "Flex Pro" you can't go wrong, right?The case arrived and I immediately put it on. It goes on very easily and provides plenty of protection for my phone. It's a soft/flexible case but at the same time it's very ridged. The case comes up around the front so if you set the phone face down, the screen will be protected (the screen will be lifted up off the table). I haven't had any issues with any of the holes or volume buttons not lining up. Everything is working exactly as it should.Oh, and speaking of screen protecting - I have yet to find a glass screen protector to fit it. I did find one online that I am thinking about ordering but I stupidly wasted what little bit of money I had left over from my 2 phones and 2 cases and bought the IQ Shield LiQuidSkin after reading someone on this product's reviews recommending it. Well it sucks and I should have known it would because you have to use WATER to apply it. (WAT?). It fits with this case but it's just a film and not glass (my fault). Also, one of the corners is lifting.Don't get this screen protector - it's garbage:  LG G5 Screen Protector (Edge To Edge), IQ Shield LiQuidSkin - Warranty Replacements HD Ultra Clear Film - Protective Guard Extremely Smooth / Self-Healing / Bubble-Free Shield I'm ditching that screen protector and definitely keeping this case. I love it. It fits very well to my G5, though a sliver (less than a MM, negligible) of silver from my screen's borders is visible on the lower right corner. Buttons, speakers, and ports all line up properly. Security of the phone within the case is excellent- there's no shake, wobble, and the edges do not flex or lose their hold when given the pinch-and-shake treatment. Your phone is not coming out of it unless you want it to. The overall increase in the dimensions of the phone seems to be about a centimeter on the edges, and about half that on the back. This is not a chunky case.Looks wise, it's about what the pictures show. Plain black, with a good knurled pattern on the back and sides of the phone for good grip. I dipped my hand in water and gave it a test to see how well it would hold up when wet, and found that it remained quite secure in the hand. There is a glossy section that outlines each of the individual "panels" on it, giving it a little shine and structure despite the overall quiet aesthetic of it. As other reviewers have mentioned, the volume buttons have a chrome-like coating on them that gives them a bit of pop, and retain a nice clicky texture instead of the typical squishiness on most cases. If you like an understated design with clean lines and a constructed geometric appeal, you'll enjoy this case. If you go for a more organic appearance, it might not be for you.I can't speak as to the drop efficacy of it, since I never dropped it during testing. Given the good fit and decent edge fitting, I'd say it would probably keep your phone in one piece, but it's a low profile case, and that's never going to give your phone the tankiness a chunkier design will. It's going to be hard to drop your phone in the first place with this case on though, and prevention is the better option from my opinion.TL:DR:Understated, geometric design.Excellent fit.Very grippy.No complaints. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Durable and Well Designed *by N***R on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on April 9, 2016* I got the LG G5 (more or less) as soon as it came out in stores so getting a case for it was pretty much a must. When getting cases for phones that just launch it can be very difficult, some companies can either get the design wrong or the case doesn't fit correctly on the phone. So keeping that in mind I wanted to look for a case that did it's job with protecting my phone (obviously) but at the same time I didnt want to spend too much money on a case that could potentially be a waste of money. So I took a chance with company Obliq and bought this case. Ordered this case less then a week ago and got it within 4 days which is always a good thing. The material is a mix of hard plastic with smooth edges with grip on the sides and back of the phone, it seems very durable and I would trust my phone to fall with this case on. It's easy to slip on and it feels well fit for the phone, It wasn't too tight where I would spent minutes cramming my phone in it's case hoping I would break the volume buttons. The volume buttons with the case on were easy and well responsive so no issues with that, all of the ports (speaker, charging, heaphone, etc.) were well opened and I can even use the fingerprint scanner and camera with no problems.
