Great product...so glad I bought it. Put it on subscription.
I began taking this about 2 weeks ago. I combine this with my regular exercise which is a daily jog. I’m determined not to regain the 25 lbs. that I've lost in the last 5 months. This was why I ordered this product. I have lost 7 lbs in the last two weeks. I drink it around 11am and I put ice in my water bottle and I really like the taste. It feels natural and I don't have any side effects that I have noticed. I’m very pleased. One thing I would say is it's better to shake it in a water bottle than stirring, but so far so good and I will update again.

Seems to be helping!
I wasn’t expecting this to taste as good as it does because it says no sugar but I enjoy it.I noticed about seven days in that I felt like I lost a couple pounds and I did. I do exercise about four times a week on an exercise bike or yoga but nothing extreme. I will continue with this because it seems like it’s helping and I haven’t made any significant changes.

Great product and good supplement for healthy lifestyle changes.
My husband used this product for 30 days and noticed the fat UNDER his muscles is finally going away. His abs are more prominent, the waist is trimming down, his shirts fit better, and he's feeling more energetic. This is exactly what was missing from his exercise routine. He's excited to see what the results will be after 60 days.

I Feel Better in the Morning
I know this isn’t its intended use, but I take this powder after I’ve had a lot to drink. I wake up feeling better. Not sure why, but I do notice a difference. Thank you PH Naturals. Lol!

Tasty immune booster
I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. It's just a nice afternoon beverage, but also has a lot of good ingredients for immune boosting.
