I have been using TMG caps to help with blood pressure. To reduce the amount of pills I take I decided to try this product. This has worked much better than the caps as far as blood pressure control. Once my caps are gone I will be switching to this product.

Definitely helps give you a "pump" when working out. Mixes well with my pre-workout drink. Can't taste it. Cost is good for the amount of serving you get.

Debating/researching what brand to buy? I did the same for many,many days on supplements. Read below! I love that Nutricost tests all their products. You can literally contact them, with the LOT# on the bottle and they will send you test results. Why is that important? Many companies for one do not provide tests results if asked, you will usually get ignored or receive a generic response. It is also important because a lot of supplements can have heavy metals/contaminates in them and there is no warning of this. An example would be, almost all Ceylon Cinnamon across the world will have some type of contaimenants no matter what. I purchased some from Nutricost, contacted them about what tests have been done, they asked for the LOT# on the bottle and I received the test results the next day. The tests showed all levels of contaimenants were VERY low / in the range we're the body will not be effected. Many spices have contaimenants so keep that in mind! We tend to cook with them and have no idea. Make sure to look up Third Party Heavy Metal Spice test results, you will find a few lists of which brands are okay to buy. Aside from the product being late and it being smaller than I expected I give this product five stars. I'll take it for a few weeks and if it effective I'll update this review. I'm back giving an update on this product and it's effectiveness. I took this product for about a month and I definitely got results. It was nothing too dramatic but I'm about to cycle back on it after being all for 3 weeks to see if it's worth it.
