The photo makes it look like the towel ring is practically as tall as it is wide. This was not the case with the one that I received, which was far wider, making it look rectangular and almost like a toilet paper holder. Also, the corners were nowhere near square. I wanted to install same day so I bent the product to 90 degrees, but it was laughable as-is. Pros are that it looks very modern compared to round towel rings. I thought coming from Delta (a brand I recognize) and not some random brand from Amazon, I'd be getting a higher quality product. Apparently not! Keep shopping around!

Stylish but the ring is glued in place, it doesn't swivel as you'd expect for ease of movement.

This towel ring is just OK. Two major problems I have with it ... 1) The arm does not swivel regardless of the fact the advertisement shows that it can. The ring is fairly close to the wall and because of this, putting a towel on the ring puts unto pressure on the wall mount. 2) The ring is not reversible. The way you see it advertised is the way it mounts. I'd have preferred to have the option to have the open part of the ring face the opposite way.

good towel holder. It would be bteer if it rotated away from the wall.
