Helped my leg cramps and with plantar fascitis heel pain
These are great! It took a few weeks, maybe a couple months or so, but by consistently using them in my slippers and wearing those slippers when at home, my plantar fascitis is GONE. I can walk barefoot again without worry! I still keep these in my slippers and wear my slippers around the house much of the time because my feet tend to get cold otherwise, but I don't have any pain when I walk barefoot anymore. I didn't have to do any special exercises or wear any special splints at night like some of my friends have had to do, either. I'm so happy with these that I bought several pair. I've also gotten used to them, and they don't feel weird to stand on (or walk on). I highly recommend them to anyone with achy feet and/or plantar fascitis. Your feet get a nice little massage as you walk ;) Original review below: It took some time to get used to these, they do feel a bit odd at first, and they're still not completely comfortable to stand on for long periods, but are comfortable to walk in. I actually put them in my slippers since I don't wear shoes in the house, and that's what I needed them for. I noticed my leg cramps stopped almost immediately, like within a day or two, and I have almost no heel pain from plantar fascitis anymore after wearing these just in my slippers for a few weeks or so now. The nubs are a little hard and take some getting used to for walking and aren't really comfortable for standing still for more than about 30 minutes, which is why I gave only 4 stars instead of 5.

Would like other size option or even custom fitting, but total savior.
Lemme start with what I don't like: These are actually a bit too narrow, but its workable. The arch is a little too high and not quite wide enough. The highest arch bump hits me right in the plantar fascia behind my big toe. Despite other pain relief, they can make the soles of your feet sore... but read up a I use them for advise. What I like: I was able to use a lighter to heat soften the rubbery, hard plastic and was able to moosh it down to a more comfortable height. for some reason stepping on these hard nubs massages my feet as I walk and relieves pain. It doesn't add a bulk to the shoe. How I am using them: Around the house I was just walking, with socks, directly onto the nubs. I Suffer from plantar fascia in the mid and lateral fascia. I also have a warehouse job that requires I stand, lift, bend, and push for 12 hours at a time. This sometimes brings on nueropathy and agrravates those tendons. For work I put a $1 pair of flat inserts over them so it gives some buffer while standing for so long. My soles are sore after 12 hours... but I'm able to walk without limping. You do get used to it.

Uncomfortable
I got these for my fiance and he couldn't even get through a full day wearing them because they hurt his feet so bad. He works in a warehouse, so he's on his feet quite a bit. They might work out better for someone who spends less time on their feet.

Doesn't do much for me
It's very mildly massaging. I didn't find it painful. Just some nubs. Also, the spiky grips on the bottom left little holes in my slides but they would still slide around in them.

the acupressure is legit
I bought these for my mother, who has sciatica pain in her lower back. She wears them on and off and apparently doesn't experience that pain anymore. I bought a few more and gave them to friends/family I thought would help. Some really don't like them because they find them uncomfortable (babies!), but I personally love the feeling. The increase in circulation definitely feels enough like a massage without actually getting a massage. The one major thing I'd say is to use them with shoes that have harder insoles underneath. I put them in a pair of my sneakers with cloud-like insoles, and the effects weren't as great because they were softer. 10/10 tbh will always buy these.

Really good for the price
Firstly, I think the word "massage" is a little misleading, and so I can see why expectations would not be met, and some would find these uncomfortable. Traditionally, Eastern acupressure techniques use wooden tools to get into problem areas. It's frequently uncomfortable and sometimes very painful, and these are the spots that a practitioner will go for with even more gusto, in order to help open the energy flow. It doesn't feel the same way that most western acupressure sessions I've had feel - which are very cushy and relaxing. So if you're buying these expecting that they're going to be relaxing and massaging, then this is probably not the right product for you. I have a pair of more expensive acupressure sandals which I really like, but can't wear for more than 15-20 minutes at a time, and I needed something a little more practical for work, where I'm on my feet most of the shift. They're not uncomfortable, i don't think. The notches on the arch are much bigger so you feel those immediately. I've been wearing them the last 6 hours and I've noticed that some of the pain I usually have in my feet is gone so they seem to be working so far. I do wish the nodes on the toes were a little bigger but for the most part, I genuinely think that these are the best value for the price.
