Big improvement.
Work great for their purpose. The hollow tubes by this same company were not holding up to long term use. These are much hardier and stronger 💪! They're still soft enough silicone though.

Son is so happy with them
I bought these for my son with Autism. First let me tell you how shocked I was at how "tough" they feel yet gentle enough for him to chew on. They come as 2 pack which is great one for home and one for him for school. His anxiety can peak at anytime and he uses these as not only his oral chewing habit but to help him self soothe his meltdown he calls them his calmdown chewies. Before these he had a necklace that he chewed on but he started biting the lanyard part and I was researching till I found these for him. They fit into his hand to chew on or as he likes to do carry around while biting on it. If you have a sensory seeker with teeth that is always using his mouth as a part of his senses I highly suggest these.

My son loves these!
My son used to relentlessly chew on his hands until they bled. He has autism and hates new things, so I didn't think he would accept a chewy. But I bought a couple of these, and at therapy camp they encouraged him to chew on these instead of his hands. And it worked! Now he chews on these chewies endlessly. He chewed so much that he built up the muscles in his cheeks and his cheeks got bigger -- he loves his chewies that much. I'm not super fond of the built-up cheeks, but since he was going to chew on his hands until he damaged them, I figure the chewy is the safer option. These seem well-made and durable. He eventually does chew them until they break, but they usually last for about a month of really intense daily chewing, and I figure that is pretty good. I also like this type because it doesn't look too weird compared to some other brands. So this gets an A+ rating from me!

Teething 15 month old loves this
My 15 month old is constantly looking for items shaped like a pen to chew on. Most of these objects are unsafe for a toddler to play with, so I was on a quest to find something safer. This fit the bill perfectly. She immediately took to this teether and happily gnaws away at the handle and longer tube part. Overall, it is kind of long for a toddler and the tube part is thicker in circumference than a standard pen (smaller than a crayola maker), so in some ways it seems to be designed for older children with oral stimulation needs. To date we haven't had any issues with her gagging herself or jamming the long tube part down her throat. If she did accidentally shove it down her throat, I am sure it would not cause any major problems due to the flexibility of the tube part. Either way, it is worth keeping an eye on your baby while they chew on this since they could jam it down their throat. One thing I liked about this over other teethers is that the tube part is flexible and the teether is all one piece, so there is no need to worry about a piece falling off and choking baby.

Good product
Chewy tubes are a great product and they are a great source of providing oral stimulation, especially for a child that is constantly putting everything else in their mouths. I have used these with my toddler and with my 7yo with autism and they hold up nice under the onslaught of gnashing teeth. Does it stop them completely from mouthing things they shouldn't, no, but they can take a beating and hold up nicely. My boys didn't get a ton of use out of them, but I can see how they can be incredibly helpful.

Strong easy to het to back teeth
My 2 1/2 year old loves to chew on things this has held up and has not broken off in pieces with the constant chewing and he has all his teeth in so I’m happy he couldn’t chew through it. His molars are coming in, so he kept looking for things to chew on that he could reach to his back teeth, and this was the perfect teething toy for the back teeth.

Needs to be smaller
This would help someone who needs rehab and wants to strengthen their facial muscles with a schedule of intermittent exercises. I am an older adult with a nervous habit. I bite my lip and it is always sore. Have tried many solutions but not found one that works. I tried mouth pieces and I chew them up in a few days. This is a good idea and is hard enough that I do not chew holes in it but is too big in circumference for my mouth. Holds my jaw open too far and makes my jaw very tired as I need to keep it in my mouth constantly. I can put the handle in the front of my mouth and that is more comfortable but it is still too big. Perhaps the designer could make a slightly smaller version of this?

My son has autism and needs the oral stimulation. We have tried so many different bar and and shapes and These by far are the best we have found. He is a very aggressive chewer so they only last a few weeks but that is still better than the others we have tried.

My 4.5 yo son has autism and has strong oral sensory input seeking behaviour. He's an aggressive chewer and really puts chewies to the test. He was able to bite small chunks off of this product in about 2 weeks of use. Recommended for light chewers or occasional use. The best part of this is that there are two in the package, which is nice, but doesn't really matter if they don't last.

This is the second purchase and the quality is extremely different this time, the tube broke the first week of use, while the previous order lasted around 6 months. Very disappointed!!
