These were a life saver when caring 24/7 for a relative. The loud door bell type ring was ideal as we could hear it all over the house. The signal reached to the back of our garden easily 30 foot away. We didn't use the cord though, we used a safety pin and attached to his pyjamas pocket so he could easily locate the alarm buzzer. This device eased a lot of anxiety on both sides when we had to leave our relatives side to attend to cooking etc. Really easy to set up straight from receiving. An excellent purchase!

An extremely useful and reassuring gadget to have. It seems to work as advertised Very reasonable price for what it can do. I don't how long the batteries would last, though, with it constantly being on.

This is a wonderful piece of kit. We got this for my mother (88) who is currently confined to her bed. It is so convenient and easy to use. She just presses the button and we can go to see what she needs. It can be clipped onto whatever you're wearing, no damage to fabric, at night I place it under my pillow, as the vibrations wake me up if need be. I am extremely hard of hearing. This is absolutely perfect. I highly recommend. Well worth the money. I haven't needed to change the batteries yet.

Simple, inexpensive solution for an elderly relative, being cared for by family members, to raise an alert for supervision or assistance! Bought a few months ago following a fall, and so far has proved to dramatically reduce the risk of such an accident occurring again! Changed the single 'ding-dong' doorbell 'chime' to a continuous 'bleep'....well actually the sound, if not stopped, runs for about 15 to 20 seconds before eventually stopping! But long enough to alert or even wake 'family carer' to attend to the 'users' needs!

I'm a caregiver and hard of hearing. I used this as a night alarm. This works but the vibration through a pillow at night isn't enough for me and I'm purchasing something else.

What a wonderful gadget! I am absolutely delighted with it. My husband is ill and now I feel able to get on with housework, cooking etc without worrying that he might need me and can't make me hear. I wish I had discovered it a while ago but would highly recommend it to anyone. You can set it to a tone you like from the variety on offer and it is perfectly audible but not shrill in the least. I can even hear it if I am out in our garage which is a few metres in front of the house so we thought this was very impressive indeed.

This is perfect for our requirements, elderly mother in annexe needs assistance night and day, she just presses the button, and I can respond quickly from the other side of the house. A great relief and means I can get on with other things without worry, or having to keep checking on her. The volume can be adjusted too, which is good as it kept making me jump. Is easy to set up too.
