This beautiful rolling pin is perfect for rolling out anything but especially fondant icing, it’s got a special coating to prevent sticking which is essential when using fondant icing. I do a lot of baking and pastry making and will use this pin for all pastry dishes, it’s light and long enough to use with larger pieces of pastry etc. I’m very pleased with it and wish I’d got one sooner. Highly recommend to all bakers and cake decorators.

It’s smaller than what it looks in the pictures. But overall size is good and enough for home use. The wood is smooth the dough doesn’t stick and if sticked a little i could sprinkle some flour to prevent that. I used to use the rolling pin which has handles from both sides and i thought that it will be hard to use this one, but i realized that using this pin is easy and it also has another advantage which is, cleaning. This pin is much easier and there are no dough residues stay in it like what happens when i use the one with handles. Some dough residues go in between the middle part and the handles which is hard to clean

A really beautiful look and feel to this rolling pin. The tapering makes it easier to roll out different pastries and doughs evenly. It’s very smooth to the touch and easy to clean.

My Italian grandmother swore by this type of rolling pin and now I see why. Yes obviously a tad more expensive than normal but well worth is for quality and results in pastry. I would actually of loved this as a gift

It took me a long time to settle on a rolling pin for some reason but glad I decided on this one. I'm pleased with the shape, size and length and it's super easy to clean. Definitely recommend.

This item was much more lightweight than I anticipated but I actually liked that a lot about it. It made baking a whole lot easier. The smooth wood texture makes it easy to clean but it also makes it easy for the dough or pie crust to come off of the roller.

LOVE this rolling pin. Wanted to update some kitchen tools and this was on the list. The wood is beautiful and it rolls perfectly. It's very light and the perfect size for a home kitchen. Those who are saying it cracks is often user error and neglect of care. Some mineral oil is essential for wood tools in the kitchen to keep it hydrated and always wipe, not soak, it clean
