Recently had a knee injury involving my MCL. I researched knee braces for the best brace for my knee that would fit under my pants as the one that the doctor gave me looked like Robocop! The Langov brace got excellent reviews, was inexpensive, and looked like it would fit under clothing. I was correct! The Langov brace supports lateral flexion of my knee. it fits under my pants and I can wear it all day without any discomfort. If you need a great brace, smaller, comfortable, supportive at a great price this is for you.

When you get older your knees get a little worse. It seems to be a fact of life. I was looking at knee braces and debating between one you pull on over your foot and up your leg, or one you snap on. I ultimately decided on this one and I like how it feels. It's easy to put on, provides good support, and has a gel pack you can either heat or cool depending on what type of comfort you need. I am pleased with this knee brace and have already recommended it to a coworker!

This brace does help my knee pain quite a bit, its pretty comfortable compared to others I have used, once you get it adjusted to the right tightness. My only complaint is I wish the middle strap was about 2 inches longer. The top and bottom straps were plenty long enough, and the middle one didnt have to be the same length as the top and bottom, just another couple of inches would have helped alot with the comfort. I am going to have to buy a piece of Velcro tape to add a little length to it. But overall, I would recommend this.

I have been having some knee pain over the last few weeks and had purchased a neoprene knee support that was ok but not great. It kept slipping and bunching up no matter how tightly I pulled the straps.So I found this brace. I absolutely love it! I don't have to cinch it super tight. It stays where I need it and the hot/cold pack has been really beneficial for easing the aches of standing and walking for 12+ hours a day. After only 3 days, my knee is already feeling so much better. I would recommend this brace for anyone needing a little extra support and is on a tight budget.

I wear a knee brace at work, 8hr a day. I used it until the elasticity was week and the Velcro was failing. It worked great for 4 months.It did a pretty good job for a cheap brace.

I’ve purchased several open patellar knee braces here on Amazon & this is by far the BEST one I’ve ever used and the price is amazing! The brace itself is very comfortable and fits nicely over the knee cap area, and the flexible material guarantees that I can still move around without any issues and then some. The velcro is also nice and extra sturdy, so that I can slip it on over leggings/pants without it wrinkling or bundling up in one specific area. However, I think the best feature of this particular brace is the little ice pack that slides into the sleeve area right above the knee cap—absolutely genius! The pocket helps to keep the ice pack in place and unlike the previous knee braces I’ve purchased before that didn’t have an ice pack sleeve built into the knee brace I don’t know how I’ve lived without it! It really makes a huge difference, especially when you’re on your feet all day and can’t constantly sit down to ice your knees when you’re in excruciating pain unfortunately! Looking to purchase more braces for family and friends in the future, these bad boys are gamechangers for sure!

Most comfortable knee brace i have tried. It supports my knee caps perfectly which is where majority of my pain is. Actually hugs around my knees, instead of being tight above and below the knee and loose in the middle. Also very flexible, allows great range of motion with the perfect amount of support in the right places. Doesn't slide down my knee either, if I wear it directly on my skin, I occasionally have to adjust just the top band it but doesn't lose the support. PERFECT. Would absolutely recommend to anyone with knee pain.

I used the brace for the first time, since I received it, yesterday at the gym. I fit and worked perfectly. One of the reasons I purchased the brace was for the ice/heat pak that could be inserted during or after a workout. Well, I heated the pak in the microwave at about 30 seconds and the gel began oozing out. So I couldn't experience the added benefit. Other than that great product overall!
