This book is amazing and a great book on the introductory into dark psychology world. A must read for all reader interested in dark psychology whether to defend yourself from it or to apply it’s practices to improve your life tremendously

These are energies you encounter everyday from your Family, Strangers, Bosses, Doctors and so called friends. It’s better to be aware that someone is trying to manipulate you rather than not. Empower yourself with this knowledge.

I really enjoyed this book and found it very educational. I would have given it five stars because the information was spot on, but I didn't like how the writer sounded biased about god and religion, it almost seemed like he was insinuating all believers are disillusioned and I think writers should stay clear from personal preferences with facts. Good book worth the buy

A unique look into a side of human nature most of us would rather did not exist but it does and it never hurts to be informed. Dark Psychology shows you the dark side of people who know how to spot easy prey and move in for their benefit. This book will give the reader the upper hand so they can be on the lookout for these negative people. Gives exactly how these people operate so you know what to expect and will see it coming a mile away.

This book is an overview of how basic psychological principles may be used against people. This is not a "How To Do It" book. This is a "How It Has Been Done" book. You are introduced to the general psychological principle which is then explained how it has been used against people. The entities who have used psychological principles range from governments, businesses, religions, cults, terrorist organizations, to individual people. All of these entities have at least one core idea in mind and that is to utilize psychology to benefit their own self interest regardless the condition in which it leaves their victim. Any one familiar with basic psychological principles will not discover anything new in this book. It is however, a well done overview of psychological principles and how they may be used to cause harm to a group of people or one person. I did enjoy the presentation of the material but not to the 4-star level. The narrator was excellent. This is so much better than a TTS narration. I think the cost of upgrading to the Audible narrator version was well worth the cost and am happy that I made that choice. The Audible narration version is far superior to the Kindle App for Windows PC TTS. There is literally zero comparison capable between the two. The Kindle App for Windows PC will not play the Audible narration version. I verified that with Audible help as well as on my Windows PC. In the Kindle App for Windows PC you have to use the Kindle App's TTS, which is a poor example of a TTS. The Kindle App for my Android phone does play the Audible narration version superbly without any problems. To play the Audible narration version on my Windows PC I downloaded the free Audible App for PC. Audible is owned by Amazon and its App will play any book you by in the Kindle store where you also chose the upgrade to Audible narration with your purchase. There is only one thing I do not care for in the Audible App for PC's. The Audible App for PC's does not show the text of the book and therefore does not highlight the sentence that is currently being narrated. The Audible App for my Android does show the text and does highlight the current text that is being narrated.

Wow what a garbage , total waste of money , this book talks about manipulation but gives you no example or how to ideas , it’s just a bunch extremely general info you can find anywhere on the web , pure trash book

While trying to find every moment I can to read this book, I'm already on chapter 6! The print is somewhat large and the book is really not that thick. It is average size. The context is easy to read and understand. This book just absolutely facinating, every page! I highly recommend it!!! check it out

This is one awesome book. I just wished that this was available back in 1988 before I got married to the wrong person and meeting others that practice this dark form of psychology. This book will help you to pick them out and you can learn to protect yourself from their tactics.

I regret buying this book. All the information it includes you can find just by searching on the internet. It doesnt teach you anything important, just common knowledge and logical explanations to why people do this or do that. Probably the worst dark psychology book out there. I dont recommend it at all.

This is a great book for those who want to learn more about psychology with a focus on the darker side of it. It is an easy read and even those who don't have experience of psychology would easily be able to follow along. This book was enlightening, and appeals to the conspiracy theorist in me. We have all experienced dark psychology at one point in our lives, from being coerced into buying products through manipulative advertising to wondering why certain people always seem to have control of others. It book outlines how to recognise if someone is manipulating, persuading or playing mind games with you - it's a real eye opener as I can recognise some traits and behaviours from people I have met or known in my past. Not only does it give you an idea how to recognise when someone is trying to get one over on you but provides a description of how you could implement those techniques too. It was an intersting read and something out of my usual genre. I would recommend.

As someone who has in the past had his fair share of abusive relationships and growing pains, this book found me drawn to it like a fly finds itself drawn to a zap trap. It promised me something devilishly dark, confident in itself, charming, letting me into the supposedly secret world that is dark psychology. I realised from my previous endeavours into pack mentality, customer service gigs, and experiments with hypnosis, that I have a knack for influencing those around me, and I've been trying to perfect that art to help me strive at social interaction, and self-improvement. This book, unsurprisingly, didn't serve to teach me anything that I did not already know. All it did was validate what hunches I already had about how you can easily manipulate another to make them feel the way you want them to feel. I also found the rigid structuring of the paragraphs, the introductions and conclusions, to mostly smack me in the face of the same kinds of structures one would see in a high school English class essay. I feel like these ideas would have a much easier time sinking into people's minds if the structure of the book was a lot more fluid, but this is mostly down to personal taste. The one part of the book I did enjoy reading, however, was the section on seduction. Using the tools of dark psychology to woo and win the affection of potential romantic interests. Understanding someone else's emotional desires, needs and wants can make a big difference between a mediocre date, and an intimate journey of the mind, body and soul. Being able to seduce someone in this manner is not, in itself, a heinous thing. If anything, when done right, the experience can be a win/win for everyone involved. I highly recommend this book to anyone who's ever been hurt, cheated on, manipulated, deceived or otherwise been the victim of a malicious being in the past, as well as anyone who has not and is concerned about protecting themselves from people like that, because this book offers an incredibly good starting point for understanding the will and motivation of the psychopaths. In addition to this, I also recommend this book to anyone that wants to build a good foundation on which to form successful and effective dating and seduction tactics, to increase the wow factor in all their romantic or intimate sexual pursuits. I do not recommend this book to anyone who's a psychopath, narcissist, machiavellian, hypnotist or otherwise already versed in the dark art of manipulation. This book will not teach you anything you didn't already know.
