Cool designed, glitter does get out but it makes it look cool. Except with the batteries, would. It start. Also the house from ski house was smudged and couldn’t see the word.

Product was in a box inside bigger box. Took it out to make sure it worked and it worked fine, some mini trees were bent but easily straightened. Not sure if that keeps happening if they won’t break off but good for now. Trying to get it back into the styrofoam was not easy. The cut out for it appeared to be poorly done. I didn’t try to force it so the trees wouldn’t bend again or break off. Will find a different way to store this. Styrofoam is a pain anyway leaving little pieces all over etc. overall nice item.

I received my Alpine Corporation 18"H Indoor Animated Winter Wonderland Set with LED Lights and Music and it’s beautiful, and plays several Christmas songs. I love the moving train, it’s a great addition to my Christmas decorations. It works with batteries (not included) or by plugging it in with the cord provided. The one I received only worked with batteries so I reached out to the manufacturer via text at the number provided and they provided excellent customer service by immediately replacing it with a new one without any issues. Definitely recommend the product because it’s wonderful and if there’s any issues I’m confident their customer service will resolve.

The media could not be loaded. I have to complement on the craftsmanship and the packaging. My package was delivered upside down with the "This Side up" pointing down. The Animated Winter Wonderland works perfect with or without music. It has the three best things animated tree, skaters , and train. I has an adorable snow scene with leaders and skiers .

I got to use this the year I bought it. The second year 5 minutes after turning it on smoke started coming out of it where the train came out. I cried. All that money for nothing! I'm disabled and don't have the money to replace it and a year too late to return it. Soo disappointed!

This is a beautiful piece. We've had it for 2 years now. But, wow, could not figure out how to make it more compatible with our Christmas village. WAY too many lights. So, today, I cut off almost all of the fairy lights, just leaving a few here and there to light up some of the houses. I tried nail polish last year to try to get them warmer and not as bright but cutting the lights off is way better. The moving features already have very bright lights on them wired separately to light them up. Now it's just right! Just find the end of the light strand that isn't tucked into the mountain. There are several loose ends. Then cut small pieces off until you're satisfied with the look. I found it has about 3 different fairy light strands.

We LOVE this beautiful piece for the holidays. It adds such a magical element to our home. Alpine’s customer service is top notch too! A mechanism stopped working and Alpine made sure to replace the entire thing for us. So impressed by the craftsmanship and company!
