WHEN MY MAIL LADY HANDED ME THE BOX, I WAS SURPRISED THE PACKAGE WAS HEAVIER THAN I EXPECTED. THE WOODEN BOX WAS WELL PACK & PROTECTED FROM ANY POSSIBLE DAMAGE. WHEN I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO REMOVE THE BOX FROM PACKAGING, I WAS SMILING FROM EAR TO EAR. THE QUALITY OF THE WOOD IS VERY IMPRESSIVE. WHEN I OPENED THE TOP OF THE BOX THE I WAS ABEL TO SEE THE THE COMPASS. IT LOOKS SO BEAUTIFUL INSIDE THE BOX. This is beautiful. I questioned it not working properly when I opened it in my car. I got assistance immediately from a rep that was very helpful. Fully recommend!

Not returnable! Keep that in mind before you buy.
The product is very well made. But the lid on mine is uneven. About 1/4 inch thinner on one side so the slant is noticed pretty quickly. There is no returns so keep that in mind before you buy.
