These drops are great to add as part of your daily health routine. The drops have a bitter taste but I take them with my morning smoothie so can barely taste it. No repeating whatsoever. One bottle lasts about a month so I get the two pack and have them auto delivered.

This is amazing. It is definitely worth the money, smells great, tastes great, the size is perfect. We have tested it when the family gets sick and taking this with magnesium/zinc gets rid of our sicknesses so quick. No change in energy level and no stomach issues. Use this to boost kids immune system since they hate pills.

This is a great form of D3 and K2 combined - very easy to take daily - one dropper full and the taste isn’t harsh - this brand offers different flavors too.

I have very low vitamin D levels seems for years. I have had to have a prescription of the highest dosage thats how bad I get. I get down to a 3 is how bad I get. I am drained of my energy,skin even gets brittle and dry. I have had this problem since mid 30s, I am female. So 8 years later still same seems this can cause health problems later in life when not detected which I now have and idk if this has to do with that but it is known to cause it. I bought this because I found out to help “absorb” vitamin we need the K vitamins. Too much vitamin D can also cause health problems also, and that is why they say consult your doctor first. So I am in need and capsules,pills can take longer to take effect. I bought the pineapple flavor and it has a tiny hint of taste but mostly it is oily which is a little tiny bit yucky but it is definitely doable. I have no prblem just taking it, I do like to have something to drink after. I bought these waiting for my prescription “another like always”. So I took them for 10 days. I had a little more energy but not a whole lot just felt more vibrant 5 days later ( I may had need for a higher dosage of D like I stated I was at 3. Also; sorry maybe TMI but for me it also gave me diarrhea, no stomach pain at all just having to go! Usually I cannot go so its not a bad thing we should be going. So I’m not sure its helping my gut but I would like to think it did because I didn’t feel as bloated anymore. I alternate it with my prescription now to get the K2/omega3/MCT. Everyone is different and I can definitely say on the pineapple flavor it is not so so strong of a pineapple taste but a hint. Its more oily than flavored. If you have ever tasted olive oil and it didnt make you sick you would probably be fine and a little fruity hint of the pineapple you ahould be good. Might want to have aomething to drink just to get the oil out your mouth. I cannot say if my vitamin D went up with this product due to I had such a low level and I had to have that 50,000 IU script. I felt I had to take them to get at least something for my health as it was needed.

Does not taste bad at all. No soy in it.

Feel much better! Body absorbing well vs taking a Vit. D pill form! K2 helps a great deal!

THE GOOD FIRST: IT WORKS ... but please read why I will not be ordering it again. I have an issue with low Vit D and for some stupid reason I decided to experiment on myself [please learn from my stupidity!] ... I normally take 10,000iu's a day and decided to lower it gradually and then eventually quit taking it to see what happens. Several months later I was DRAGGING. So exhausted all the time. Each step I took was an effort, and I found myself saying out loud several times a day, "I just can't do it." I was also getting up each morning regularly between 3:30-4am. UGH. [my normal time is 5 to 5:30] A good friend who helps me [I have ASD and need assistance with executive function] asked me one day: "Maybe it's your iron?" He got me to thinking: I have NEVER had an issue with low iron. NEVER had an issue with anything ... EXCEPT Vit D ... and then it hit me: DUH! Stupid me. For real. I remembered I QUIT taking vitamin D3 to see what would happen. The pathetic thing is, I've done this before a few other times over the last 10 years, and EVERY SINGLE TIME it's the same. I forget I quit taking it, start feeling exhausted way beyond what is normal, start thinking and saying "I just can't do it any more" and then at some point it eventually hits me that I need to take Vitamin D3. WHY do I do this to myself?!?! I started taking about 20,000iu's of this product to help boost me up quickly. About a week later I'm back to [my] normal. Ok, so now "the bad" ... I will NOT be ordering this product again and do not recommend it to others. I would continue to order this IF it did not contain flaxseed oil. Flaxseed oil goes rancid very quickly and must be refrigerated. I do not like NOT knowing the conditions in which the drops were stored PRIOR TO landing at my doorstep. Flaxseed oil goes rancid even quicker if it's been in high temps, and God only knows but this could have been sitting in a hot warehouse, or in a hot delivery truck for too long. Rancid oils are very, very bad for you. It's partially my fault for not noticing flaxseed oil was the first "other" ingredient ... but I was so desperate! I saw the "organic" label and the 5,000iu D3 / K2 combo and bought right away. Right when I took the first dose, I tasted the flaxseed oil (an oil that I really do not like the taste of!), checked the label to verify it, and then put both bottles into the fridge. Another negative is: it seems near impossible to get a "full" dropper ["full" in quotes because I am a dabbling herbalist and understand that the dropper will never really be "full", however there IS a correct dosing for "one dropper", and this does not get a full "dropper dose"] even when it's not cold, but harder to dose when it is cold ... so how am I to know exactly how much I'm taking each day?? Impossible. I will not be ordering this again. I looked up my former brand to see if it had an option that also included K2, and YES, it does. So, I went back to Superior Source ... it's a tiny little pill that dissolves quickly under your tongue, and is in 5,000iu doses with the K2, so I'll just take 2 to 4 a day, with the option of taking 1 to 2 a day once I feel ready [but NEVER again will I take less than 5,000 a day!]. It's not labeled as organic, but at least it's labeled Non-GMO.

I think I’m on my 10th bottle. Anywho this product has been the game changer. It has worked greatly on my immune system and helped with weight loss. I no longer get sick. And I’m down 40lbs since January 2025. The reason is because Vitamin D unfattens the liver. I love this product because it’s in liquid form, works, and the taste is not bad. Make sure you take this product with a magnesium glycinate. Vitamin D is the driver, magnesium glycinate is the car. Which enhances this product even more.

I don't know how much it helped as i had not tested my vitamin D3 level. However, my mood swings started stabilizing and I feel energetic..maybe because of the regained vitamin D3 level. Although, i wish they come up with 10000 IU instead.
