Review: Great product but bad shipping - I have made some of the best gluten free baked goods with this product. It takes a little math to figure out how to adjust your recipes to use it, but it works very well. The only negative was shipping. It comes in a cardboard box which they shipped in a bag and it got smashed in the mail. I complained and they sent me another shipment, but also sent it in a plastic bag and the second shipment also got smashed. I was still able to use the product though, as its inner plastic bag remained intact.
