Waverly Laurel Springs Rod Pocket Curtains for -Kitchen and Living Room, 50" x 15", Parchment

This is a very nice comforter set. I took a chance and purchased it simply because it was the exact size that I needed for my bed. The colors are vibrant and it's beautiful. It's taking a while for the wrinkles to come out, though, since it's packed in a vacuumed plastic bag. I ironed the pillow shams and the bed skirt, but you can't iron the comforter.

I love this bedspread a lot but was trying to find the curtains to match it! I had no luck and was very upset after ordering repeatedly!!! I didn't want the lined drapes but found 100% cotton curtains that almost matched the bedspread. I had to cut them down to 63 inches because the 84 inches was just to long. But then I made my Valances with the part I cut off. Great price and quality. I just wished they had the light weight curtains to go along with this bedspread and not the big heavy quilted comforter! ! Bedroom looks great! Even my husband liked the new look!

My husband and I are very pleased with out recent purchase of this comforter set in king size. The comforter easily covers our split king Sleep Number bed with room to spare. The fabric on the top of the comforter is softening up with use. It's kind of stiff, like canvas, when you first get it, but it will soften up. We love the fact that the Laurel Springs Comforter Set has all the matching accent pillows, Euro Shams and matching curtains available, which we bought. The curtains and valances are beautiful! Another important factor is that this comforter is machine washable, as are the curtains. Highly recommend this comforter!

Beautiful bed quilt!!!

The valances were well made and very pretty, however, the colors were much darker than I what I was looking for. I ended up returning them.

I am very pleased with this purchase. I have a full size bed with 12" mattress and adjustable bed which sits up 14" from floor and queen size bedspread is almost to floor. Hooray no dust ruffle needed. This is a lightweight bedspread which is fine for me but I would recommend a blanket for cool weather. I would have given 5 stars but shams are badly put together. Standard size pillows do not fit and cannot zip sham closed. Also flange around pillow is about 4" instead of 2". I think the seamstress was on the pipe when she/he made them. Since I would have to return entire set and possibly end up with another defective set of shams (or worse) I will have to find shams elsewhere in a coordinating color. Update: the shams are fine. I put my bed pillows in to shams lengthwise as I do with other shams but I reversed the pillows and stuffed them into the shams and zipped them up and they look great. My mea culpa to Waverly.

These are WAVERLY, and I remember their name and quality from 40 years ago. I'm happy to say that their standard of craftsmanship hasn't diminished over the years as many companies do. These curtains are beautifully made, (and i sew, so I know the shortcuts). These rich colors, patterns, and fabric weight tells it all, especially for the fair price. I'd buy Waverly again and again. My room has a stylish, lush look that I love now from simply adding these beauties. 5 Stars, easily!!

I'm not sure what has changed, but I bought this same comforter about 10 years ago, and I loved it so much, I ordered a new one. This one, however, is awful. The top material feels like burlap, it is so rough, and it's wrinkled, and just looks cheap. The color is alot darker, too, an ugly tan/gold. I am very disappointed, and will be returning.

I like the two-sided choice of stripes or florals. I share this with my husband so he doesn’t have to feel that our bedroom is overly feminine as I use the stripes and just the pillows are the floral side. I like the size and the weight as it is substantial but not heavy. I did find some threads left on the quilting that had to be secured and trimmed. At the price, I hadn’t expected that aspect.

Beautiful, cotton comforter from Waverly! I love the floral print! It is very warm and cozy!

This is my second one, it is beautiful and very well made. I get compliments on it all the time. I have the drapes etc. to match as well. Love it, that’s why I replaced my original one that I’ve had for 5 years and washed and dryer often as I have doggies. Wasn’t ready to change our bedroom yet and was lucky I was able to get the same one.
