Really works
I was not sure about ordering this product because I do not like to take so many herbals and did not expect much of a benefit, but I am so positively surprised with how well I feel. I don’t recognize myself when I stay so calm in situations that usually stress me out so much. I started to feel better by the second day (after taking 4 capsules). I hope it will last!

This is a great product for when I am nervous or on edge. It does not in the least make me drowsy, but it does relax me!

Excellent Holistic Nature's Health
Ignore the review that claims it did nothing. 'Himalaya' is a phenomenal Ayurvedic company, Dependent on the person; some of the time; their herbs may take several weeks to notice a difference. I typically notice an immediate impact, although it varies according to your body chemistry, & whether you're taking 'Western Big Pharma' drugs < which you should take yourself off of. I've had an immediate incredible outcome from each herb when buying this brand. Highly recommend.

Pleasantly surprised
I was skeptical that this would do anything. After day 2 or 3 I definitely noticed a difference in both my sleep and my physical reaction to stress triggers (kid/husband/job). I feel a lot calmer during the day. There are still times where my anxiety or stress peaks really ugh and I feel that physical response but that is very rare now. I am on my 2nd month taking this and highly recommend. Do your own homework/discuss with your Dr if this is right for you.
