I bought this chair from the first day it made a loud creaking sound when I leaned back. About 3 months after I bought it the right chair support broke. I contacted amazon, the seller was prompt in their response. I took a picture of the chair and described the issue. They sent out replacement parts and I was able to restore the chair to working order and it works better than new. The seller stood by the product they sold. Even if something goes wrong the seller does right by the customer.

The back support is okay but the seat is poor quality cushion, still had to buy a separate seat cushion, on this webpage seems like a soft fluffy seat but it really is semi hard, like any office chair, the cushion is really thin. It was okay to assemble but had to use youtube to guide me, the instructions are hard to follow.

This chair is fantastic! I was looking for comfort as a first concern, secondary concern was look/style. It fits the bill on both. Easy to assemble. My husband did it in about 15 minutes and he’s not remotely handy. It is so comfortable that it makes me want to sit at me desk and work!

Purchased this chair Jan 13, 2021. The plastic casters have already broken on two of the legs. Not very strong, casters don't hold up. Otherwise it is a nice chair.

Assembly was quite easy, especially if you ever did it before and know which screws go first. Chair is squeaky and the tilt is not perfect, requires some effort.Edit. Changed my original rating as the seller addressed my issues and the matter was resolved to my full satisfaction.

Very nice chair, wish it had better Ergonomic for back. Love that the arm rest move out of the way, but wish they would move up and down.

Great chair. Even more comfortable than the “$500” chair at my work that the company provides.If you are assembling it yourself.. note that ot helps to have a 2nd pair of hands to help you. Also, put the arms on LAST.Takes a lil’ bit for that “China packaging” smell to go away... but VERY nice chair.

This chair didn't even make it to the 1-year point. I use it every day, and that is probably too much for it. I'm under 200 lbs, so that shouldn't be a problem.The problem is that the arms are tearing through the seat, and if I leaned back in it I would find myself on the floor.It is probably better to buy a $1000 chair than to replace one every year.
