Worked very well for me.
Having now used it for about 600 slides, its proved to be a great little scanner. the manual is very helpful.reproduces good quality images from my old 35mm slides. also has a brush in case you get any bits of dirt inside......can just brush it clean so theimages are good, very very happy with this scanner. For those wishing to invest more time and effort into the process there are additional menu options to adjust the colour compositions. I could have also spent a little more time and effort in cleaning the negatives before inserting them into the cartridge and scanner. It's easy to set up and use, load up the appropriate feeder tray comes with holders for several sizes of negatives without needing to remove and reload the tray, support a number of film formats including 110, 126 , super 8 and standard 35mm, built in LCD and simple buttons interface allow you to preview and enhance each photos before saving it. The picture quality looks good and real, true to the original, they are very happy with this product, bring them lots of memory.Verdict: Quick and easy way to convert old negatives to a modern-day format. I just spent an enjoyable evening converting old negatives and reviving some very old memories. I’m thrilled with the simplicity of the device and really chuffed with the output. I love how easy it is to get started turning all your old negatives and slides into great digital pictures. I can say is it worked very well for me and I am pleased with my purchase. this is easily a five stars.

GOOD BUY, EASY TO USE, GOOD RESULTS
I considered several different brands and styles of this scanner/converter before deciding on this one.It is very easy to operate and does a good job. This scanner comes with two trays, one for 35mm slides and one for 35mm film strips (Negatives). There is a power supply and a cord to plug it into the power supply or into a computer. Also a short wire to connect to a T.V. There is a data card slot on the back but a data card is NOT included. Before using this I read the instruction booklet which is written for people like me that are not techie types. The English is very good and the instructions are fairly straightforward and easy to follow. The hardest part is to get the slide tray open. It takes a little effort and if you are not careful a few broken fingernails. The tray holds 4 slides. It doesn't make any difference what direction you put them in as you can flip the image right to left or up and down. You cannot rotate the image. So if you put the slide in and the picture is upside down you can correct that with the push of a button. Likewise if there is printing and it is backwards there is a button to correct that. But if the picture is on its side you have to remove the slide and reposition it correctly. Why 4 stars? Look at the picture and you see the viewing screen is on the front. If you have the unit on a table/desk you cannot see the picture on the screen. You have to pick up the unit and tip it back to look at the screen straight on. This is not a big deal but if the screen were at an angle it would be much better. You have to hold the unit with one hand, it is all plastic so no big weight issue, to see the screen and push the slide tray with the other then after the slide tray is positioned where you want it you push the buttons to do the capture.

A good product to add to my collection of camera accessories.
I received my new Jumbl High-Resolution Scanner/Digitizer less than two weeks ago and have only converted a few boxes of slides so far to complete a project I was working on; however I can't wait to tackle the bigger project of converting all my slides to photos.Time will tell if it holds up to that task. It is easy to use and my eleven year old granddaughter enjoyed helping me. She had no trouble setting up my slides and working the converter. (I only wish she lived closer.) I have a couple thousand slides, many of which are nearly 50 years old, and am so happy to find a product that is user friendly and processes so quickly. Having only one slide tray is a bit tedious but over all I like the setup. The compact size is perfect and a great improvement over the older machines that were so cumbersome and took up so much desk space. I find the cost to be reasonable and the end result is far better than either of the previous two converters I have owned. I was pleasantly surprised the pictures turned out so good. I have already recommended this scanner to a friend.

does not work!
the 1st one of this item I order did not work as it states that it will in the manual. the buttons did not respond when push in the order they were said to work! I called and asked if the product was getting calls about this, I was told that it was not and that, just received one that was not working right. so then I requested an exchange, I hopes that what they told me was true! I went through the hassle of getting the return label and going to the ups to return it. then I did get another one that has the same problems! I find that the instruction manual is done poorly and it does not speak to many of the things that come up in trying to use it. the item itself is not a good! it does not tell you what's going on when using it. at one point I put an SD card in it and after a lot of trouble, I did get it to the icon for formatting it, after pushing the button like 10 times when it ask if I wish to format it, I push ok to format on the yes again and again and once again it froze. most of the time the arrow keys did not work after double clicking the scan/menu. so I will return this item again!
