I was nervous after I made this purchase, but they exceeded my expectations!! They were very patient and kind as we worked on my suggested edits. They responded within 48 hours throughout the editing process. Sending images of other characters they made as a reference is very helpful. NOTE: After you make your purchase on Amazon, make sure you look out for an email from iToonify within a few days. I almost missed the chance to send my corrections.Overall, I am VERY pleased with my picture! I wish I would have noticed that this company can frame the picture. My daughter is a huge Bob's Burgers fan, and to be able to give her a family portrait in the Bob's Burgers animation style was too tempting to pass up. Although the original had a spot on likeness, were were able to make changes to shirt color, hair color, etc. and made the portrait even better. The team was very responsive and provided quick turnaround on multiple drafts. It was well worth it, I'd highly recommend them.

My wife is a massive bobs burgers fan and to see the excitement she had when opening this was totally worth trying to keep the surprise a secret for a couple weeks!

I love that they allow the customer to see the finished product and make changes if they want to before they make the final product to make sure u are happy with the results!
