The motor cam well packaged and in a timely manor. I installed it before I tested it. The hall sensors do not work. I am able to use it using hfi. I talked to flipsky about this issue. They told me they would send new hall sensors. They have yet to do so.

I don't know why but I haven't had a good experience with their motors. This is the second set of motors I buy from them.I have the 6384 and recently got the 6374.Both sets came with 1 faulty motor.Same issue.The shaft in both motors slips outward and you need to add extra washers just to keep it firm.Another issue is that the shaft in 1 motor of each set are defective with about a 10 to 13mm play when its supposed to stay in place(brakes on). I was told that the motors were in stock in USA warehouse, that was not the case.Shipping took way longer.At this point I doubt that I'll get a replacement and I have barely use them.On a positive note,They do make some other good Products. Their DKT are great,their VX2 is a legit good remote.I think they are a good company but need a little work in quality control.Ill contact them about a replacement. This review will be revised base on their response.
