Great spotting scope addition for the playground! Easy to install and came with all the hardware. Easy for the children to move side to side and up and down. Also, easy to reinstall if they accidently pull it off. The children can also use it as a portable spotting scope as well. Works well and is safe for preschoolers. The size is perfect as well.

Bought for my daughters fort, she loves all things pirates so this was a no brainer purchase. Pros - Price. - Ease of installation. - can be taken apart and cleaned. - portable. Cons - gets moisture inside and needs to be cleaned once in awhile.

Heavy duty material nice size and color

My daughter loves this. It's cool looking, extremely easy to install with just two screws. It feels nice and solid, and has already survived some falls from the crow's nest of her playset. But therein lies the one issue I have with it: why should it ever be able to fall? It is far too easy to remove this from its base. My daughter removes it regularly and I'm worried it will get lost. For something that is meant for use by toddlers I think there should be some way of securing it into the base so it cannot be removed. This is why four stars instead of five. EDIT: After having this for a couple months, I am dropping another star. The end caps that secure the small lenses on the toy very easily screw off. How did I find this out? When my 3 year old brought me a handful of easily losable, chokable little pieces while I was watching her brother on the other side of the yard. This toy looks cool but I would only recommend it for a littler older kids who aren't interested in taking things apart.

Love this product. It goes perfect on my daughters playset

Disappointed it comes off so easily from the base to be lost by my young children. I’m constantly having to climb up and put it back on the base. I was also hoping it would make things appear larger/closer when you look through it…. It does not. Essential it is a tube with clear plexiglass on either side. It’s just alright for me.

Came with some scratches and not properly packed but great strudy product. Kids’s love it and it is holding up well.
