Can’t go wrong with this whey (unless you really don't like very sweet ones)! Tastes like a proper treat and mixes smoothly, even just with water (just shake a bit stronger for a bit). It’s my go-to after workouts and keeps me feeling sorted without any bloating. For my taste - a bit too sweet as I like mixing whey with milk but it might be the characteristic of American brands.

When something seems too good to be true, it probably is. I had been looking for the most economical choice for a protein powder when I came across this. It was cheaper than anything else I found online. After reading all the reviews and comments such as the expiry date being scratched out or complaints about the taste of the powder, I decided to take a chance with it anyways. I was actually satisfied with the delivery, packaging and content. Everything seemed to be alright to me. The taste wasn't that bad either. A few days into taking the protein, I noticed tiny white specs in the powder. I assumed nothing of them at first, thinking it was just one of the ingredients of the powder. After over a month of consuming the powder I discovered something so revolting, it makes me sick to my stomach just thinking of it. I used to mix the powder with milk in a plastic bottle after a workout. I usually would fill the bottle up with a little water and let it sink overnight before washing it the following day. I noticed a profound stench every time I would open up the bottle cap for washing. I ignored it. However, one day I let the bottle sit in the sink for 2 days. On the second night when I opened up the bottle to wash, the stench was just too overpowering. That's when I saw it. Tiny white worms crawling on the inside of the bottle cap! The little white life specs had come to life and were slithering all over the bottle cap! I felt like throwing up! I had consuming this unknowingly for the past month! I have never written a review for anything, ever! I will gain nothing from writing this review as the return date for product has already gone by. I just don't want anybody else to be consuming something like this. If u still decide to but the product, go ahead and do the water test to see if u can find any creepy crawlies in your protein powder. Do let me know if anybody else faced the same with this product.

Resumiendo, es genial. Un gran sabor, el de chocolate es muy parecido a un Cacaolat pero más suave. Se disuelve muy muy bien, no hace espuma y no quedan grumos. Es difícil valorar el producto por sus efectos, porque depende de muchas otras cosas como tu dieta, el ejercicio, etc.... En mi caso, que como sano y hago mucho ejercicio, he notado un salto cualitativo en mi tono muscular, pero como tomo más suplementos (bcca's, pre-entreno,..), no se decir cuál de ellos funciona o no. Me da confianza de que funciona al ser uno de los productos mejor valorados del mercado y de una marca respetable. Lo volveré a comprar. Si cambio de producto alguna vez será por no acostumbrar el cuerpo a la misma formula, pero este producto será una compra fija.

Je l'utilise pratiquement tous les jours !!! C'est un excellent produit, je l'utilise surtout le matin pour un petit-déjeuner protéiné. Il est bon, pas d'arrière goût et donc, nickel. Je recommande.

Easy to adapt taste but quite sweet. Hence, refrain to mix this with other sweet beverages.

I used this protein before and it works wonders. Very easily dissolves, even without mixing in a shaker. I've got a shaker as a gift as well. I will buy again in the future.
