Our mouse does not support the battery percentage feature on macOS similar to the Apple Magic Mouse or Trackpad. Our mouse actually notifies you it is low on battery with the LED light found within the scroll wheel. Even if the mouse is fully charged, macOS will not reflect that because our mouse does not support this feature. (in most cases it will display around 60% even if the mouse is fully charged since our Mice does not support this just yet) Also, the M1 Mouse will only charge with a USB-C to USB-A cable (like the one included) and can be charged with a USB power adapter, such as the one that comes with your cell phone. We have found that charging the mouse from a computer's USB-A port provides less power than using a USB wall adapter directly. Unfortunately, it will not charge using a USB-C to USB-C cable. We hope this information has been able to provide a bit of clarification and guidance for you! Kind Regards, Satechi Support **Q: Does it compatible with Ipad 2021?** A: Hello Sherief, Thank you for reaching out to us! We can kindly confirm that this mouse should indeed be compatible with the new iPad 2021. Our mouse requires Bluetooth 3.0 or higher in order to work properly, and the new iPad supports bluetooth 4.2 which should be compatible with the mouse. Please feel free to reach back out to us if you were to have any further inquiries we can assist you with. Kindest Regards, Satechi Technical Support **Q: Does it work well on glass surfaces?** A: ok **Q: How do you switch from one device to another? Every time I connect to a new device the old one doesn’t connect unless I remove and readd the mouse** A: I have similar issue. but I can add search again on the existing paired device and also after removal of paired device ## Frequently Bought Together - Satechi Wireless Mouse for MacBook Pro M1 with Rechargeable Type C Port Bluetooth Mouse for MacBook, iPad & More - Silver - Satechi Slim X3 Bluetooth Backlit Keyboard with Numeric Keypad – Illuminated Keys & Multi-Device Sync – for M2/ M1 MacBook Pro/Air, M2/ M1 iPad Pro/Air, M2 Mac Mini, iMac M1 - Silver --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.nz/products/249238733-satechi-m1-wireless-bluetooth-mouse-usb-c-rechargeable-compact-silver](https://www.desertcart.nz/products/249238733-satechi-m1-wireless-bluetooth-mouse-usb-c-rechargeable-compact-silver) --- *Product available on Desertcart New Zealand* *Store origin: NZ* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
