The white silicone flanges are NOT great for larger breasts. They kept losing suction because they didn't form well to my breast. The yellow rimmed flanges are perfect for larger breasts and much more comfortable than the ones that came with my Medela Pump in Style.

This flange works AMAZING! The original plain plastic flanges that come with the Medela pump caused discomfort with my tissue type. Purchasing this flange made pumping so much easier and comfortable!! My output increased and took much less time to collect. As an exclusive pumping mom, be sure to invest in your tools. I'm going to buy another set to have on hand!

I have been a "pumper" more than I'd like to admit with my 3 kids. But I've always used the standard flanges shape and it worked just fine, but I still had some discomfort and struggled to empty my slacker right side. But now, having tried these oval flanges on a whim, I can't go back to the other ones. These fit my shape much better and actually help to empty my slacker side better! Which means less hand expressions after I'm done with a session. Recommending these to anyone who needs some motivation to keep going. Because I was considering being done sooner than I'd like to admit.

I wish I would have gotten these sooner in my pumping journey but I found out late that I was a 19. These fit my Medela pump, but do fall off if not pushed in tightly to the membrane. The white lining comes off the flange, which I believe is there for comfort, but it makes cleaning more difficult and milk becomes trapped in that area. I do recommend these for anyone who is appropriate size!

They were used and sent to me In a box that was tore into. You could tell they were used. These are nice, i have them in another size s9 would give 5 stars if it wasn’t already used lol

These are great, I pumped used the actual 21mm flanges with my Medela Pump In Style for my last baby and I powered through but it hurt because they were too big. These 19mm flanges are a perfect fit for me, and the silicone ring keeps the edges from pushing in and making me sore. I haven’t had any issues with cracking or degrading, I hand wash them with gentle soap and then steam sterilize them and they seem to be holding up.

The oval flange on the standard 90° flange is out there. It fits my breast better and it cups so I don’t feel like I am getting pinched by the plastic. It’s super easy to clean. You can just throw it in the microwave sterilizer bag and let it go in the microwave. Just make sure that if you’re getting the size that it’s the correct size for you. It’s much more comfortable to pump with these than the silicone inserts that go in the 24 mm flanges, especially if you have a good pumping spray.

I liked how the company was keen on communicating and staying in touch with me till the product was delivered. As for the flange, I think it’s size is ideal, perfect for me. However having a softer outer edges would’ve made the pumping experience for me better. It’s hard to describe, but am comparing it to the medala flanges that have the rubbery/ silicon edges, these ones don’t.
