are futura pressure cooker dishwasher safe

It's not recommended to put pressure cookers in dishwasher. The rubber rings will crack, the finish will tarnish and it won't come out clean. Best to use a non scratch scrubbing sponge.

Is this made in the U.S. and Can this be used on a normal propane, gas or electric stove top?

It's made in India by a very reliable company called Hawkins. Not sure about propane but it can definitely be used on gas and electric stove tops.

Does calrose/medium grain rice cook well in this pressure cooker? It always comes out too gooey/sticky even using less water than recommended.

This is not a rice cooker. It’s best for beans, lentils. If cooking rice, it needs a 3 level stack in containers and very little water added to the inserted container to make the right consistency while the other two containers hold other contents. Hope this helps.

Mistakenly put it in dishwasher,coating went, can I use the pressure cooker?

Check for seal integrity first. Also check that it closes tightly
