Just a note on the seller first. I was ordering direct, but ended up ordering from Amazon because it was a quicker delivery. I'm impressed with the quality of the product. As for the use, it may have other uses, but I was using it for skin quality. I'm older and had some deep wrinkles and creases. This product actually made a difference. I thought maybe it was just temporary, so when I finished the bottle, noting improvements, I didn't take more for a couple of months. The improvements lasted. So, I started it up again, with yet more improvements. I had tried other products prior to this, hoping for some improvements, but saw none. This is the only thing that has worked. Maybe you can find a similar product for less money, and maybe it will work, but I can only say that for me, it was money well spent. I'm convinced the seller has a high quality product, and am willing to pay for something that actually works.

In my experience after taking these with a meal for two weeks I've started to notice clearer skin, old minor wounds have also been visibly reduced as if they've healed better, slighty more energy and my joints feel alot less stiff - specifically my hands. Mileage may vary on when you will see results as everyone's body is different. Regardless I'm very pleased, no complaints!

This product could be effective for tendonitis as it may boost collagen synthesis. My joints feel less sore after taking it for awhile and could maintain daily running. Manufacturer is really helpful in addressing my concerns.

Good quantity, standard size and price. A friend of mine recommended to try. This is my first time trying it , I don’t gave any reference to compare. So far 3weeks, didn’t notice any difference. I’ll give a try anyway.

Good product

Only been taking these for 2 weeks but what I have noticed is my skin is no longer dry and my nails were very brittle and they are not any more. Canadian winters are very drying so to notice the improvement is a big win in that department. I did have a rash the first week in but it subsided so I’m assuming that’s from environmental toxins leaving my body. I’m also taking 5 defenders and lions main at the same time so far have found good results with the product .. I’m looking forward to the full Benefits after a month or so according to research I have done.
