I used this for 7 months, its a good device but it wont live long.. - Whisk gear head is plastic, broken after 5-6 uses - the Mixing cup is plastic and easy to scratch, will be worn off after 20-30 uses (micro-plastics risk) - Manufacturer rejects any warranty claim for accessories (basically everything is an accessory) Avoid this low quality blender.

Manual says that there are limitations obviously For example, the actual handblender with the hand blender attachment, cannot be used for more than 10 continuous seconds at a time. It doesn't specify that you can actually blend ice, so presume you can't unless you take the risk to try Strongly suggest that you read the manual before you break it... because it is made of good quality shiny plastic. Has a STRONG kickback when activated so take caution when using Uses a 3-prong plug here in SA, not a 2 prong plug The whisk prongs have a rather flimsy feel and can be bent easily unintentionally The more circular blender has a nice rubber mat at the bottom to prevent sliding. however, the smaller cylindrical one does not have this 4-stars because I got everything I paid for at a reasonable price
