It helps my joint pain not be excruciating. It has a healthy dose of turmeric in it. I’ve taken it for about 7-8 years. Then again, I’ve only taken 1/2 the dose, but am slowly increasing to a full dose. I’m able to move about and be mobile which equals to independence, & independent living. This daily regimen is now in its ninth year up in here and still delivering positive results. Natural remedies are always superior to medications for lack of side effects.

I've been taking this supplement for 2-3 weeks now and have not notice any improvement in paid relief or range of motion. Probably a waste of money
